Omg I cannot express how thankful I am towards the lovely team members here. Annie and Nabila are soooo helpful. They are literally the best. So long story short I got my passport photos from Australia Post Footscray a week ago and the passport office rejected them because they are not up to standards so today feeling quite disappointed, I walked into their outlet and told them what happened and Annie offered to take the photos for me and waited for me to upload into the passport online portal to get approved. Nabila was there to offer me emotional support. I didn't expect this level of customer service whilst I was so bummed and stressed out with all the documentation preparation. I'm sooooooo happy those photos got approved just in one go. And they not only meet the standards but also look sooooo good with fantastic lighting. Annie is just a pro in photo taking. You guys are the best😊😊

As a student going into a stationery store and seeing everything you want is like a eureka moment 😅
Office works has everything you can think of, from pens to books to pins to calculators to printers and cartridges. It’s also in a good location which makes it a good spot for anyone looking to get some stationeries

I was using the self serve printers this morning to print an assignment last minute for my masters degree. One of the printers jammed. The lady at the service desk was so lovely, calm and attentive. She did her best to fix the printer, and when they didn’t work, printed my work for me at the service counter. On a time crunch, she made what could have been a really stressful morning, so stress free. Cant thank her enough!

Thank you to the female staff member who did a great job at creating my Order of Mass in the Roman Rite booklet.
It's so adorable.
I take my booklet to Holy Mass because know that I am getting older I find that I am forgetting a few things.
I am learn the sacred language Latin and this precious little booklet is
assisting me with that task.
Thank you to the staff member whose assistance has greatly helped me
in being able to have the much needed information, accessible in a booklet form.
I'm a Collingwood supporter and wear black & white and she kindly used her initiative and chose to bind the booklet in the black fabric tape and I absolutely love that I know match my Holy Mass booklet.

Staff were lovely. Hard working staff who are happy to assist.
A male staff member No 01 - I don't know his name, but I will call him Columbo, because he thoroughly investigated & located the correct Parker Ball PT Refill that I needed for my pen.
Officeworks have a huge collection of pen refills!
Male Staff Member - Louis. As I was leaving the plastic Easy Carry Handle from my Kleenex 45 Toilet Paper Pack - that I purchased from BigW Qv centre - tore off. Louis & another Male Staff Member No 03 ferociously looked for some packing tape in order to mend the ripped handle on the packaging. I needed the handle repaired, because it would have been really difficult to carry while I walk home. They promptly found the packing tape and I was able to have the Easy Carry Handle securely repaired.
THANK YOU to the male staff members who helped me out, I really appreciate it.

The first floor is for copying and printing. The ground floor is for shopping. Just looked at the officework app and I could easily find things accurately. Great stationery option. Limited brands of electronic gadgets are sold but they offer competitive prices and great discounts. I can pay with Flybuys dollars. The staff are really helpful.

Mitch with the tattoos at the front desk is super friendly, great with customers and very patient!

Small but nice selection at Officeworks. Best of all... The fountain pens; there's a huge selection at different price points. Good service. I went for getting Notary and it is done quickly in a few minutes and the cost is also less comparing other places 👍

Person in front of me just put the zero star below. She was not waiting for half an hour. She was literally waiting for less than 10 min. People just love to complain. I can see the staff doing their best trying to accommodate everyone. Keep up the good work.

I’ve used Officeworks to have printing done around the country as well as other walk-in printing outlets too. The experience here was noticeably the best by a long shot. The person who served me not only handled by printing bit was also acting in some sort of supervisory capacity in the area. He juggled a bunch of competing issues, including responding to other directives via an ear-piece related to a staff member, who was with him on the floor, training. And he handled it well. Made obtaining my printing easy and allowed me to continue on my way undistracted and unbothered. Thanks.

This officeworks is split into two different sections, products are pretty easy to find and easy to enter and pay as well.

Great help from staff. I keep coming here since I get best support in print or scan. Always had best experience when compared to other places . Liam helped me last time, I would have incurred additional costs as I was not sure what to, Liam took time to explain, suggest different way to still get what I wanted. I had the most wonderful experience at this Officeworks with the lovely employee Cindy! I was walking past as it was early in the morning and thought would get printing done and she really made my customer experience incredible! She was really patient, suggested the perfect paper, weight, colours, binding materials and even saved me like $80 with her recommendations. I now have an awesome brochure ready for my students and customers and am really thankful ✌ Thanks again 🌞

On Wednesday 18/03/2020 around 2pm I was in Officeworks’ QV Melbourne (Russell Street) store and received service from Stephen regarding an Epson scanner on the clearance table. Being a clearance item, it did not have the cables, box or instruction manual however Stephen retrieved suitable cables and researched his computer for the manual and driver for the device. Stephen gave us his undivided attention and did not leave us for other customers in the queue waiting to make their purchases. The time he spent assisting us was much appreciated. If he is not already a team leader, manager or trainer on customer service, then he should be. I have never received such quality customer service in Officeworks or any other retail store. Thank you Stephen for making our experience in Officeworks enjoyable and making us feel valuable customers.

I have been around a few of the officeworks especially in the city, and Russell Street takes the cake in the service department in the shop for less than five minutes a staff member greeted me professionally. Another staff member assisted me within minutes admitted he couldn't help and provided the team member that had the ability to help me in my requests. Then i had another two members ask for if i needed anything while i was waiting for a staff member to come back with the product, every staff member was profession way better than elizabeth street Elizabeth street could take a leaf out their book from this store.

Went in to get some prints done as well in the same visit the print team was friendly and professional and assisted me with the printing i need done and in a timely manner no complaints from me here.

It is strongly recommended that the boss add a few more employees to the printing area! ! ! ! Every time I go there, many people line up to print! The staff downstairs did not come up to help!

Lovely staff and store atmosphere. Absolutely loved all the hidden nooks and crannies that proved a fun place to explore and the multiple levels very different to many stores I have been too. Loved the accomodating staff and friendly service by a girl named Chloe, loved her!
