EB Games - Docklands

STAFF is great, always helpful and friendly and love to have a good conversation.

Big plus that they love pokemon as much as we do, beat EB I've been too by far.

Got served by Matt today, Probably the best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a long time, Very helpful and went above and beyond to look after us and get what we needed. Will be continuing to shop with eb games if there are more staff like him around, Thanks again

Went here as I am on Holidays during the release of tears of the kingdom a kind employee helped me her name was Lumi I believe. One of the Best EB Games I have ever been to.

I was in this store on 4th Dec Sunday.
At the time I didn't appreciate how good this store is......... until I had the misfortune of visiting the Eastland store today.
The contrast in the two experiences has left a lasting scar on my retail shopping life.
Well done docklands store, clean shop, very friendly and helpful staff, and no bad attitudes. Eastland store could be enhanced 10 fold if they ran thier store at only half the service experienced at Docklands. Keep up the good work.

Went to this EB games today wanting to grab some of the new pokemon celebrations and there was problems online. Bree was kind enough to go above and beyond by helping me pick the product and letting me purchase right before the store was closing, she had one of the most friendly personalities and is just an amazing person. I would like to thank her for her hard work as she was working alone, you made my day thank you Bree!

Quick little shop this evening to purchase some boredom killers incase I must isolate. The lady who served me offered great advice and was very knowledgeable.

Touching on the point that some one else raised, EB GAMES staffers don't know when sales finish unless a end date is published EBGAMES generally find out the day before the promotion end to be frank.

Visited over the course of the weekend and Racheal on both days were more than happy to help me and .had no issues doing the trades, I overheard here with other customers and she was professional and telling them about the promotion for E3 saying that's there's no better time to trade and that's that I did!

I ended up with getting a gaming headset and a few other things, I am fairly happy with the service and can't fault the store in any way at this point.

The District store is certainly it'own breed of special when it comes to things that are a little harder to find you might just find them at Docklands or as we call it now the district, but that's a fact.

EB Games here is a fairly decent sized store and well arranged which is always a bonus when walking to a EB Games store and if the staff are friendly that's even a bigger bonus to be honest.

EB Games really seems to be hit and miss with their level of service in a lot of the stores, but let's just get straight down to business here at this store.

Jac is awesome, she is friendly and knowledgeable and managed to transfer a couple of pre orders for me from another store to her store which I was extremely grateful for :)

Nathan is awesome as well to be honest and has a great personality.

Jose is wicked and awesome friendly to be honest, sadly he has been transferred to Chadstone and to be honest they need all the help they can get.

Spoke to Taylor over the phone regarding a pre order i placed and she was beyond helpful and went out of her way to give me a call back after finding out more information for the release date :))

Eb Games in docklands is a really good store to go to and l recommend a lot of of people to go there because the staff are really polite and friendly and very helpful

We bought a game here and the code was incorrect. Nathan helped us over the phone to make sure we could access what we purchased without having to come back in and we were really grateful! Thanks Nathan. Best EB games store 😊
