We had a joyful day at Prada all thanks to the sales associate named Andy!

His service & smile and entertaining us throughout our shopping time there was delightful.

Trust me, we walk in like we were 3 teenagers just admiring bags but he still served us all the way till our purchase!

Really appreciate the smile and great service from Andy. The feeling of us being served was amazing. Made us feel happy all the way to our purchase! This is the kind of people we need more in customer service.

I dont know why their reviews arent any higher but like honestly one of the best in-store experience I had in a while! Staff were so friendly and accomadating. Will continue shopping from this store for sure!!

I am a really picky person when it comes to purchasing my handbags and I am grateful I met Julius! He is extremely professional and patient. He helped me find a bag that I was happy with and didn't make me look crazy on how pedantic I am when choosing a bag, bless haha! I end up changing my mind and wanted another bag but the store didn’t have it in stock. I went to the crown store (they have lovely staff as well) since they had the one I wanted in a different color - so I can try out to see if I liked another style and I think he somehow found out from one of the staff there and called me up saying there was stock coming in the next couple of days! I appreciate that he kept me updated throughout the whole process! Defs recommend Julius if you’re shopping at Prada Collin street. Amazing service!

We were shopping in Melbourne all week with the such disappointing service, finally arrived at this store and met Julius. I've never had such wonderful service. He went out of his way to make us happy and comfortable, even getting a pair of shoes over from Chadstone for us in under an hour. So friendly, kind and considerate. We will definitely be back <3

Sales Associate Hitomi Utsugi served my daughter Cassie and I today, despite being in the middle of the Boxing Day sales, she took the time to show us what was new and what was on sale.
While today we left empty handed I asked for her card to ensure being served by her again with the hopes of finding something I wanted.
We may not be able to afford to be regular customers but her service made us feel as special as if we were regular customers.

My partner and I had fantastic service this past weekend in Melbourne. We went to Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Ysl in DJs all the staff were uninterested or snobby. Thank you Bettina/Tina? She was lovely and made a genuine connection. We didn’t feel pressured to buy and immediately were taken seriously even though we had been walking around in casual clothes.

Julius is amazing!!! Attentive to your needs and willing to listen and make you feel comfortable. My next purchase will be with him for sure xx

This is for the Prada Crown Casino store. I have been trying to call the Collins St and Chadstone Store to check on the availability of a bag. Both did not pick up. Prada Crown Casino picked up on the first ring and answered all my questions. :)

Absolutely fantastic service. Went in, in work boots and a flanny and still got good service. Better than any of the other luxury shops on that street.
