As always with Budget I received friendly and efficient service here at Melbourne City. Easy to reach with the tram just around the corner and easy to leave and return you vehicle in the underground carpark. Highly recommend Budget Melbourne City.

These guys made an honest mistake on my car, which meant I had to wait around for 15 minutes. But in those 15 minutes I watched them solve half a dozen different difficult problems, and make peoples lives easier and better.

Then they went above and beyond to help me out as thanks for being patient!

I was a little wary going with Budget Car Rental after reading some of the reviews, but nope, we had a great experience.
So easy to order a car online and didn't have to pay until we picked up the car the next day. We also ordered two child seats, and they were fitted in the car for us ready to go during pick up. Perhaps it wasn't a busy time when we went but only waited around for about 35 mins. Will use Budget again!

Staffs are very patient and courteous. Got the car without any delay. Car was also in excellent condition. When compared to other rentals, Budget was cheaper for a longer trips like 2-3 days in Melbourne.

Thank you to Jason and Ahnaz at Avis for helping us out this morning - our travel company booking had failed. But with a couple of phone calls the Avis team sorted us out and we were on our way. No hassle. Great service. Thanks.

The manager on duty at the time I went past (think her name was Maria) and her team went above and beyond to help us sort out a tricky child seat situation and pretty much saved our holiday.

Anthony from the Franklin Street office was wonderful ! Anthony was brilliant very calm, patient and understanding with us both and helped ensure the best possible outcome for us. We were vey blessed to come across him as we had accomodation booked in the peninsula and had forgotten to book the car. Can not speak highly enough of Anthony. We went there after visiting the Southern Cross Office and being told no cars where available yet from another office they where.
