Insanely good customer service. I ordered 3 pairs of uggs online and got a phone call to check my sizing was accurate. I bought from here in person 4 years ago and my uggs are still like brand new. His Victoria Market business is closed due to the pandemic so supporting him online is great.

I've just purchased another pair of uggs from Mark as a present as I've been so happy with the ones I got earlier this year. Mark has been so helpful both times with my purchases, his uggs are fantastic quality and really comfortable, and I highly recommend him.

I discovered Miller's UGGs about 9 years ago & still have the two pairs I bought back then & they are still in top condition. Buying more now even though my original ones just won't die. Highly recommend these UGGs.
