Melissa was amazing. We went in to purchase a larger bracelet for my daughter, Melissa then picked up on the fact that the bracelet we had did have a faulty clasp, we never knew this. She replaced the bracelet that was still under warranty, after almost two years. We didn’t need to buy a new bracelet in the end. She saved us a lot of money: her customer service was impeccable! Good services and lovely staff. This is my first time to bought Pandora. I didn't have any ideas and experiences about Pandora bracelet before, but the staff here are so nice. They help me to create my previous and unique Pandora. I spent time like 2 hours, but they didn't express the negative emotions. Really love this branch. Highly recommend for the people who want to stay the Pandora journey!!!

Exceptional customer service, lovely staff!

Christmas shopping is usually less appealing than waking up in a bathtub full of ice with a missing kidney in some generic Eastern Europe setting, and in a small shop like pandora the experience is exemplified by having to stand in line for an age next to a dozen usually sweaty and fragrant customers (thanks for the 40 degree December Victoria) however pandora emporium have managed to turn the experience into something that was actually enjoyable, this time of year retail staff usually find themselves in the end of year funk where the usual smile is replaced by bared teeth and the casual thought of using the RF scanner as an emprovised bludgeoning implement. However the staff here have managed to maintain their cool and stay polite and lovely throughout the process, I was served by CL Who not only remained polite and professional throughout but actively engaged in conversation keeping the tone relaxed and fun in a time where most would rather see the inside of a jail cell than another damn store... so thank you pandora emporium and thank you CL I will be coming back
