Amazing service! A woman named Pia served me and was enthusiastic and well spoken. Food was quick and delicious. Great experience !

Usually very busy but the chicken is awesome here and service is fast.

Just want to comment on the exceptional customer service provided by Lloyd today! This kid was dealing with a super busy period with a smile on his face and spoke so calmly and happily to each customer and greeted everyone so politely. 10/10 good job Lloyd!

This is the BEST kfc, all the customers complaining about how there’s birds or it’s unclean YOU try working in a fast food store getting under paid, working crazy hours, and getting yelled at old privilege men and women while trying to do a million things at once, you are talking to 15 year olds who are just getting there first job and trying there best, cut them some slack and stop writing bad reviews you will never know what it’s like working in hospitality, do something better with your life then writing rubbish reviews or go eat some proper food. Well done to all the staff members at kfc Bourke street you are all amazing don’t let anyone tell tell you different <3

Just a heads up that the male toilets are closed, so the toilets labelled as female are actually unisex. Would be good if there was a sign indicating this, but I have heard this from multiple employees so it's proper. Chur.

Late night KFC stop. Place was busy, service was as good as can be expected. Food was fresh/hot. Nice cheeky feed.

One night, I don't know when, but I know it was recent. This place saved my life.

I was in the midst of a self induced brain hurricane that only loose morals and strong alcohol can bring about.

I became disoriented, seperated from friends, lost in a sea of unfamiliar faces with an empty gut and a feeling of dark foreboding growing ever stronger.

I turned the corner. And there he was.

The colonel.

A zinger and a smile (and 500ml of mountain dew) gave me enough fortitude to not only hail the taxi but also talk absolute codshit to the driver all the way Home.

Fantastic meal with low price, burgers are better than other fast food shop, plenty of food if order boxed meal
