Bianca was a joy to work with when designing our wedding rings. We had some notion of design choices, but she brought professionalism and knowledge to the conversation. Michaela and Geneine were absolutely wonderful to work with in helping to design my engagement ring. After an initial in person consult we worked with them over email and they were very responsive and flexible when requesting to see changes made (although we ended up going with their original design :p) to make sure I was 100% happy with it. I could imagine a pair of earrings that would suit my girlfriend as a gift and looked on Google for an independent and 'cool' jewellery store that I thought might have a similar design.

Found Lovehate, pulled up, went in, and within 2 minutes of browsing found a pair that matched what I had in my head almost exactly. It was reasonably priced, and the attendant was very easy to deal with.
