Geloso Gelateria

Cute little gelato spot in queen Victoria market, it has a number of delicious flavours, our favourite pick being the gelato! It’s right next to all the fresh produce and other shopping stalls, so it’s easy to stroll around and enjoy the area with it. Staff is so incredibly kind, engaging, and clearly passionate as well! Had my affagato fix and chocolate ice gelato. It is creamy without being overwhelming and the flavour is so rich.

Using their own beans and press makes the espresso sooo much richer too.

This place that I'd visited yesterday is a must for all gelato connoisseurs! Or for anyone who enjoys yummy ice-cream and desserts. It is the best gelato I've tasted in my Melbourne and Sydney trip. Most gelato I'd tasted in my trip were too sweet. Or the texture wasn't quite right. This place has got it right! There's an array of flavours to choose from e.g., coconut, pistachio, hazelnut, orange, choc, etc. And the service - friendly, in fact perfect!!

The Affogato was soooo good!! The default is to have vanilla ice cream with the espresso. But try the strawberry one instead. It’s mind blowing. The guy is so friendly although I came around 2pm, he’s still full of energy :) He gave samples not only for me but also for my mum. Nice refreshments while shopping around.

Amazing gelato!! Great flavors, we tasted so many and they were all delicious! Very great service as well! Highly recommend!

Sam and Jas are both very friendly and welcoming.. we got many many free tastes. The flavors were amazingly tasty.. I loved the cherry, chocolate, vanilla and the lemon is amazing. Well worth going out of your way to visit.

I LOVE GELOSO! MY FAVOURITE ICE CREAM! Run by a very lovely family, my server who was named Raj, he was very lovely, had the best service i've ever experienced at an ice cream shop!! The cookies and cream ice cream has got to be up there with the best flavours in the world.

Delicious gelato and the friendliest service ever! He was set on making customers sample as many flavours as possible haha! I really loved the American jam doughnut flavour.

Awesome local gelateria, graniteria (shop selling granito?) and coffee shop rolled into a funky retail premises located at iconic QVM (Queen Victoria Market ) Melbourne in #F Shed QVM, expertly run by Sam , Ranj and the boys.
