Highly recommend! I'd never done pilates before trying this! Suzanne is a wonderful teacher and looks after everyone in the class. There is options for every skill level so it's accessible for all people. A great relaxing and welcoming atmosphere with background music and lots of positive friendly people to have a laugh with!

Suzanne delivers quality pilates classes that accommodate the needs of her clients (different levels of strength, flexibility, and health conditions). I love the comfortable and welcoming environment, and will often leave the classes feeling a noticeable difference in my movement, posture and flexibility. Would strongly recommend!!

Absolutely love going to the classes at Suzanne's Pilates. The sessions have a friendly and chilled vibe and Suzanne's makes the class feel comfortable even as a beginner. I enjoy going to work on my posture and back tightness as I work in an office environment where I feel the difference at the end of each class.

I have been attending classes at Suzanne Pilates for several months now and I cannot recommend them highly enough! There are classes for all levels of experience. Suzanne is a caring, encouraging and supportive teacher.
