Got some amazing service from Bardia today. He was so helpful and patient with me, and I really appreciate the effort he put into making sure I was looked after. I also watched him handle some very difficult customers with kindness and grace, even after they were rude. Thank you again, I will definitely be back.

I am from Brisbane and we don’t really have a large Michael Kors so I took the opportunity to go in Melbourne. The lady who served me was extremely friendly and helpful. As I got the last bag available she cleaned it and had me check to make sure I was happy with the quality. I am very happy after a quick visit

I rang for assistance in locating extra links for a watch. The woman I spoke with was polite and helpful and promised to get back to me with a solution. Within 3 days she had full details of what I needed to do and was very pleasant and helpful. I could not have asked for better customer service.

A thoroughly good Black Friday sale. Manage to pick up some good bargains for Xmas presents.
Thank you to your sales staff member Oscar. He is a person with character and extremely helpful to our request and purchases. Willing to walk back and forth hastily to get stock for us to try and even had initiative to help check stock at another store for us. Although I wasn't a big spender he didn't look down to me as a customer. Much appreciated. Look for him if you want great customer service with a smile.

Though some others in the store have no enthusiasm and very much like useless statues.

I was looking for a gift for my mum as a birthday gift.
Called the store and picked up by a sales assistant "So"
She is so helpful and lovely.

I already knew what I wanted so I asked the girl if they have it in the store. She hold the Hamilton bag for me and ask me to visit the physical store. When I go in, she get me the bag for me to try, and also suggested a few similar styles that I might like which was great. We were there for about 15-20mins deciding.

She knows that it is a gift for my mum, she helped me to wrap the gift and offered me a gift box.

I really appreciate her help.

People with nothing better to do than complain! Ignorant customers who enter a store upon closing need to realise that some shop assistants have been on their feet all day and have lives and families out of work that they maybe need to get to? Also, no one gets paid to stay back that extra ten/fifteen minutes at said ignorant customer takes to decide on, in the end, nothing! rant over, on a plus side, I have found the staff at Michael Kors Melbourne to be very friendly and helpful!
