Dr Shaw has been my GP for the past 5 years. I do recommend him to professionals looking for a GP in Melbourne CBD. Dr Shaw and his team @ reception provide a very safe, caring, professional, reliable and responsive high quality service. I do not understand the negative reviews.

Have been visiting the clinic and have always received great service, reception staff are always friendly and Dr Shaw has been fantastic!

Dr Shaw has been my GP for more than 5 years and always treat me with care and respect. In fact I just seen him today for my neck and shoulder pain. The receptionist is also nice, polite and helpful. I don’t know why people give him negative review here.

Dr Matt Shaw is the best, most professional and caring doctor I have been to. I work in the city and as such I wasn't able to see my usual family doctor, so I booked an appointment with Dr Shaw instead. From the first appointment I was impressed with his level of knowledge, empathy and care for my situation which isn't necessarily there with all doctor's! This guy basically saved my life after I went to another doctor who failed to identify that I had a life threatening DVT.
Most of the few negative reviews are from hypochondriacs and other nutters who have already diagnosed themselves with something using the internet and get upset that Dr Shaw hasn’t told them what they wanted to hear.
And how’s the guy claiming a doctor doesn’t know what an ECG is. Yeah you sound super knowledgeable

Dr Matt Shaw is the most professional and caring doctor I have consulted, he is accommodating always spends adequate time to address all my inquiries, unlike many other GP based in City. Cannot recommend him enough!
