Nice, but you have to wait a day or two and make an appointment before opening a bank account.

Poor. Walked in to get help with a new account password. Got told I could update my phone but would have to go on the browser not the app. Had the staff member watch me go onto Google Chrome (a browser) and go to the BOQ website. It didnt work and then she proceeded to tell me multiple times no your in the app. Which I wasn't and then she kept telling me I wasn't listening. She was very patronising throughout. I then gave her the phone to do it exactly as she wanted. At this point she did exactly the same thing that I did under her initial instruction and quickly released she was wrong. She then so no no, you need to do it on the desktop "see" and walked to her computer... never admitting fault or apologising so I walked out saying I can do it myself...

UPDATE: I have since done it myself.

I don't know what's the purpose to open this brunch. Online can't confirmed my identify and couldn't reopen my account for me. Then i walked in, why still not working?! And let me try online again.
so stupid. I'll take more than three days to do this?

had the worst customer experience at this place. Dont feel welcomed when I walked into this place, and the staff is arrogent and racist. Its rare in banking industry where clients want to open up an account but not welcomed by the staff. If I rank my interest in BOQ as 7 due to high interest rate, after this experience, not interested at all and dont want anything todo with this bank.
