From the very beginning, Bluebell Bridal went above and beyond to make my dress shopping experience unforgettable. They even reserved the dress I wanted to try on before I made the final purchase, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Emily, the Alterations Manager, is an absolute magician! She not only fitted my dress to perfection but also displayed an insane level of talent. Her meticulous attention to detail ensured that my dress fit like a glove. Despite unforeseen circumstances like catching COVID and having to cancel appointments, Emily flawlessly managed to pull off all the alterations every third day leading up to my wedding. The pressure was on, and she didn't falter – her dedication and skill were truly impressive.

The entire team at Bluebell Bridal exudes warmth and provides genuine guidance throughout the entire process. Shenali (Salon Manager) was so attentive, even having a box of tissues ready for my mum, who couldn't help but shed tears of joy when she saw me in the dress.

From the moment Julie took my call 2 weeks out to getting married to meeting Mark the next day. WOW! Thank you Mark and team so much for your care, attention to detail and amazing work.

I came here on short notice for alterations with my dress a family friend had made though she was located interstate and due to timing and logistics, unable to do more work that was needed on it.

Mark was able to perfect and transform the dress beyond my expectations in time and nothing was too challenging or too much.

Honestly, I have been blown away by the extremely wonderful and beautiful stylist Ria from Bluebell Bridal! And all the gushing from numerous other staff members! A real-life fairy tale “Audrey Hepburn” moment! I am truly grateful and so flattered by my experience from start to almost finish (I haven’t had my alterations done yet) at Bluebell Bridal ❤

From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was so luxurious and elegant. Perfect for selecting the most important dress a girl will ever buy! They had a great range of gowns to choose from! Ria took the time to get to know me and my classical elegance style with a hint of “sparkle” of course! She was so helpful in directing me towards styles and designers that suit my body type. I came to Bluebell Bridal upon recommendation of some of my friends as I was a little deflated from other salons I went to. I’m usually a size 6-8 female and seemed to find it hard to find a bodice length or skirt length that suited my petite frame. But here I am so totally beyond happy! I was so torn between two dresses and I came in to visit Bluebell at least 3 times (maybe more I think) to try and make a decision! I felt bad for making Ria sit through all my indecisiveness but she showed me nothing but kindness and reassurance that I wasn’t the only one. In the end I selected the perfect dress and they even asked the designer if it could be made in a special way with a special fabric and the answer was “yes and I think that will look amazing” - I never, not once felt pressured to purchase a dress and on numerous occasions Ria was even happy to reply to my text messages or emails when I was selecting shoes and accessories 😍🥰 I am so so grateful 🙏🏻 and that’s not even mentioning my little second dress that the designer byMBlake released the week I came into the salon!! We all had an emotional moment when I picked up my dresses that I will remember my whole lifetime ❤ Needless to say I have been well looked after and always felt important, loved and treated with high class customer service as soon as I stepped in the door. My insecurities were put at ease and the whole team have made me so very excited to wear my wedding dress/s on my wedding day.

EMILY you are amazing! I found Bluebell Bridal after receiving my Grace Loves Lace dress horrendously big. I had been to multiple bridal alteration places with noone confident to complete the alterations due to the delicate lace. Emily not only reassured me over the phone, she was able to squeeze me in for a fitting the next day. I had less than a month to my wedding date. In this time Emily was able to have me in for multiple fittings and completely transformed my dress to better than ever imagined. She saved my dress, was professional, reassuring, provided delightful customer service above and beyond and her incredible wedding dress knowledge, alteration skills and understanding of what I wanted and needed and Emily was accommodating to my preferences. Bluebell bridal saved my wedding dress and fixed it after it had been butchered by another alteration specialist. I called them distraught, two weeks before my wedding and not only were they able to fix the dress but they allowed me to come in the same day. The ladies, especially Emily, were calm, kind and understanding. Most importantly they fixed my wedding dress and made it exactly how i had envisioned it. Cant say enough about Bluebell Bridal. Dont bother looking for alteration specialist who arent in the wedding industry, these ladies know what they are doing and can be trusted

I could not recommend Bluebell more highly! From the moment I arrived I have been blown away by their professionalism, eye for detail and fun energy. I walked in not knowing what I wanted and feeling really nervous about what I would find, and Shenali was SO helpful - and ended up finding the dress that I never would have thought would work for me. Mark then took over and made it all come together- he’s a genius. They also made it really easy for me to fly from Sydney for fittings.

Would recommend Bluebell for any bride looking to take the stress out of the dress shopping process- you can trust the Bluebell team to look after you from start to finish.

I had the most incredible experience at Bluebell Bridal, as they honestly saved my bridal gown. I had purchased my gown from another bridal store and unfortunately, it was ordered in the wrong size, which led to me having a bad experience at that store. I took my dress to Bluebell's alterations team and both Emily and Mark understood the concerns I had about my gown and despite a short time frame and my gown being a challenge, they worked incredibly hard on altering it to get it absolutely perfect. I am currently in the process of ordering my dress through Bluebell Bridal. Every time I go into the store I have the most amazing experience. Everyone in the team is so knowledgable and supportive as I am often going in alone as I have a really busy work schedule.

Bluebell bridal did alterations to my wedding dress very last minute and were fantastic to work with. They talked me through the pricing before I arrived, itemized the pricing, did the quote before I was pinned, and did such an amazing job. They listened and even made great small suggestions. I would highly recommend using them for alterations. Seriously worth it vs a previous experience I had had.
