Dr Angela Webb and her staff were fantastic. Any concerns I had about my surgery were allayed due to the caring, professional way I was treated from beginning to end. Highly recommended.

My husband went in for a day procedure. From the get go we were treated extremely well. From the day we booked to day of op We were well informed about everything from fees to care after even a follow up call from nurse the next day. Nothing was a problem

The expert treatment and care I received from Dr Philip Bekhor and his nursing/admin team was simply outstanding. From first arrival, to surgery and follow-up phone call to check on my recovery I always felt in the best of hands.

My experience at the Skin Health Institute has been unreservedly positive. From the admin staff, who raise the bar on customer service, to the clinical and surgical staff, who bring professional excellence and unstinting care to a difficult situation (complex skin cancers), I couldn't have asked for more care and consideration, and the after-care is equally splendid. I know this is a fairly glowing recommendation, but once you have been here your expectations rise. They leave nothing to chance.

From the initial contact on the phone, and subsequent visits to the Skin Institute every member of staff including the surgeon were outstanding in the manner in which they treated me. Warm, reassuring with very good sense of humour. Made a somewhat daunting experience an enjoyable one 🙏

I just want to thank the team at the Skin Health Institute for their kindness and care, in helping me to figure out my allergic triggers. I was diagnosed only last week, and I have already seen a huge drop in my need for topical medications, which has improved my quality of life. My only regret is that I didn't do my patch testing sooner! Everyone in the team was so focused on helping me, and I am finally starting to recover from this now, after 12 very miserable months of painful and poorly controlled facial and neck eczema. Thank-you so much to everyone at SHI - I have finally turned a corner and can get back to normal now. Dr. Mei Tam took the time to help me fully understand my topical medications, too. I'm so grateful that I have crossed paths with the team at SHI - this was definitely worth doing! Highly recommended if you are having difficulty working out your allergic triggers.

Throughout my years going to S&CF, the staff are not only the best professionals in Victoria, they really do care about you and you will get the best treatment in concierge style. Lovely staff!!! Please consider making a one time or monthly donation - we really need them around! : )

Decades later, legacy has been regular appearance of skin cancers. Probably had close to 20 BCCs and SCCs removed here over a number of years.

All staff are always very welcoming and highly professional. Sets the standard for quality medical treatment of skin cancers, for follow up and personal attention to clients.

I visit here once and week. All the staff are helpful and lovly. Really appreciate the service they provide
