Visited the Nakedvice Abbotsford store since I picked up “The Becca” I ordered online for “click and collect”. I spoke to Steph (online) who helped me with all my questions especially regarding my laptop (Surface) and I’m happy to say it perfectly fits. The store is minimal and chic. The girl who served me in store was super lovely and welcoming + thank you so much. I’m so excited to visit again

I asked for an exchange of an item after I couldn’t get to the Post Office before the return date due to COVID and the customer service team replied promptly and I had the new size in my hot little hands a couple days later. Such great service and amazing clothes. Highly, highly recommend!! Look at these Gwen Pants in black. Love.

Just ordered the Nora Nylon after speaking with the beautiful Gaby in their store at Abbotsford. Gaby was extremely helpful, friendly, kind and very patient with my endless questions. Amazing customer service! super helpful in helping me decide which bag was most suitable for me. They were able to take the time to go through each bag I was looking at and pick the one that would be best as it is hard to compare the sizes online. Responses were quick, detailed and friendly. I love their products and their great customer service, and will continue to shop here.

Really love there designs in bags, I just got my 4th bag from you guys and still wanting more hehe. Will probably buy next pay. Can’t help myself hehe

Amazing customer service!! I had an issue with a bag which was gifted to me as a birthday present. The team responded to me super quickly requested images of the issue, they offered a replacement and went above and beyond to rectify the issue for me. It was such an easy and wonderful interaction. On top of this I adore the brand and always get compliments on my bag when I am out and about!

I purchased a bag from here less than a year ago and the strap unexpectedly broke. I emailed Nakedvice hoping to buy a new strap as there wasn’t a thinner one for sale online. Matilda was so helpful and ended up sending one out for free and express postage! I am so grateful for the quick replies from Matilda and just the best customer service! Thank you so much xx

Came in the other day to try on the NV apparel and Matilda was absolutley amazing and so helpful! The shoes I wanted weren't in my size and she helped me pre-order them. Absolutely love my new skirt and will definitely be coming back :)

I’ve bought a few things from this store and it’s all beautiful. The most recent encounter was the best customer service I’ve ever received by a label. Easy and quick communication! They were able to get an Aus Post error fixed within days of leaving for a Europe trip so I could still have my beloved bag on my holiday!
