Rhys and I started this amazing journey creating a one of a kind engagement ring for my partner Rachel. I gave Rhys less than 3 months time to design, create and deliver a ring to me. Not only did he achieve the goal but exceeded all my expectations. I loved dealing with him and Stacey and the personal touch on each and every aspect of service couldn’t be faulted. The ring quality is perfection and so personalised to Rachel. Not only did I have the joy of creating a piece with Rhys for my now fiancée, but then following on from that we had Rhys create a second piece, for me. The ring is everything I have ever dreamt of. I cannot recommend Rhys more highly, he has literally made every wonder and desire of ours a reality and the whole process has been seamless from start to finish. I ordered the set of Voyager rings with Rhys for a special 'milestone' birthday and they arrived today. I absolutely love them!!! I can't rate Rhys James highly enough. I had wanted a special diamond necklace for years but didn't know how to go about getting it, and then I discovered Rhys and Stacey - Rhys the designer, and Stacey the qualified gem specialist. They waited until they had sourced the right diamond for me and once they had my approval took me along every step of the process from concept drawings to the model made of silver and zirconia that was sent back several times until it was just perfect. The final necklace is precisely what I wanted - just perfect. I am very glad that I went on this journey with Rhys and Stacey and can't recommend them highly enough. If you want a special item of bespoke jewellery, you couldn't do better than Rhys James.
