One of my favourite places in Melbourne. New and second-hand books with affordable prices.

Very cheap fiction books and reasonably priced non fiction! Such a great collection and some lovely volunteers. Always worth a visit!

Housed in Trades Hall, the historic home of the Victorian trade union movement, New International Bookshop is one of the few remaining new and used bookstores in the Melbourne CBD. It stocks a large collection of leftwing and progressive books.

Should come up on a Google search for 2nd hand books. Snagged a great non fiction bargain here. If you're interested in history or politics drop in.

Quite the extensive range of materials and subjects, a literal goldmine in terms of leftist/progressive/radical material. An activist/social justice warrior's must visit while in Melbourne!
