KFC 401 Swanston Street

Just wanted to say that the service I got from here is impeccable! I got delivery and it was quick. Chicken was nice and tender. And it's a face food chain so everything is consistent.

Also the person that did my order did this cute drawing. It's adorable and it really cheered me up after a long day. The one that drew it should get a raise!!

Fast food.. quick order via self service kiosk and pick up from the counter once food is ready. Good value of a great snack pack for AUD 6 plus.

A clean and modern store. The Zinger box set included hot and fresh chicken pieces, burger, and non soggy chips. Service was fast and friendly. There is also a TV to watch if you don't want to talk to your company 😉

The food here was some of the best KFC I have had in a while. The pepper mayo slider is the best. A girl named Sara served me, she was really nice and complimented my earrings :) Will be coming back.

That branch is my always favourite. I have tried a couple of other branches in the city. But for this one, I always sastify with their excellent chicken, taste, freshly deep fried and always get hot.

One of the favourite quick to go option for me. A very good place to eat, food is served pretty fast and the staff are awesome!

Had a great experience here! 7.15pm on Feb 1st. Guy on the front counter was outstanding! So polite and had great customer service. Food was piping hot and super fresh! Literally the best KFC we have been to in Melbourne. Cheers guys! This is our new local.

Amazing workers, quick and efficient and most importantly very kind. Yared seemed to be on top of things and his attitude brightened my day. Archie was also very helpful as he guided me towards the favorites at kfc as ive never eaten kfc before. I asked who cooked the chicken and Reubens name popped up, he did a fantastic job as this chicken was really tasty!

The location of KFC Swanston Street is very strategic, in the middle of RMIT (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology) University. Im a traveler from Indonesia, KFC is the best place to find a very tasty of fried chicken. Favorite in life!!

2019: Chicken was served cold and chips was not enough salt, however the staff are friendly.

2021: based on my recent few visits, the chicken were juicy, tender and just perfect. Please maintain the current quality. Everyone will love to keep ordering from this store.

I am a bit weary of takeaways. I have even been a bit disappointed with KFC. I have been at this particular KFC twice on separate occasions and I will be frank.. WOW. Totally blown away. Chicken beautifully cooked. Not oily. Like some are. Chips HOT and we'll cooked. Seasoned perfectly. Burgers nice and full of ingredients. Maybe a bit more sauce but you can always ask for extra. All in all, best KFC in a long time. And both times visited the consistency was there. Keep up the good work guys and gals. For takeaway. It is very good. Exceptional.
