I came to Andrew with an heirloom engagement ring that needed to be resized six sizes and have some delicate repairs. He made wedding bands for my husband and me in a custom gold colour-matched to my engagement ring. We are extremely pleased with his exquisite work. He is also extremely professional, lovely to deal with, and fairly priced. Highly recommended.

I had looked at about 10 other jewellers prior and I'm so glad to have been referred by a friend of mine to have my ring set with Andrew. He and his team (Julie and Kim) provided exceptional, knowledge, customer service and were amazing throughout the process. I had repaired my jewellery with Andrew at Robert H Parker & Sons Jewellers for the past couple of years. Recently Andrew designed my engagement ring. He took my ideas and turn them into an amazing design. I love my engagement ring. I can’t recommend Andrew and his team enough. He is very professional, honest, pays attention to details and provides exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Andrew and his team at Robert H Parker & Sons Jewellers.

Needed alterations to a few items (see photo). The two chains needed more links, and the addition of a wristwatch stretch band to my Medic Alert medallion. Excellent work. Friendly service. Value for money. Recommend.

My husband had my engagement ring made by Andrew and might I add he picked the most complicated custom design and Andrew was meticulous with his craftsmanship of the final product, which was absolutely stunning! We then got our wedding bands made and will continue to use Robert H Parker and Sons Jewellers as they continue to have excellent customer service, they are honest and their work is exceptional. They are also always happy to help when dealing with repairs (due to wear and tear) and cleaning and upkeep of jewellery. They are the best in the business, we recommend them to everyone we can!

I got my opal platinum engagement ring in Japan 16 years ago and wore it everyday since without any maintenance. So evrntually my stone fell out from the ring because the claw was worn out. Lucky we found the stone - also very lucky we found the right jeweller to ask to repair!
My ring came back shiny and looking like a brand new ring! Highly recommended.

Andrew made my engagement ring and our wedding rings. I wanted my engagement ring to be like my great-grandmother's engagement ring but smaller to fit my finger. Andrew happily took on the project, creating the perfect ring with the greatest skill. We got to pick everything along the way with so many options, from the cut to the exact colour of sapphire. To top it off he was way cheaper than any of the other quotes we'd gotten (literally half to a third of the price), and valued and read the hallmarks on my great-grandmother's ring for me for free. Our wedding rings were equally easy, and have the most beautiful engraving. I'd recommend Andrew to everyone!

My ring needed to be downsized from an O to a J (5 sizes). Robert H Parker & Sons is the ONLY jeweler that said yes to the resizing and did a flawless job in a super quick time frame and at a reasonable cost. 100% would recommend for your jewelry needs.

Andrew helped my husband and I source a rare tsavourite garnet to create my engagement ring, and even six months on I still can't stop looking at it literally every day. It is stunning and perfect - he listened to what I wanted and made it a reality. He was extremely easy to deal with and I have not hesitated to recommend him to family and friends. I now consider him our family jeweller and I would not trust my jewellery with anyone else!
