Awesome customer service. Was helped by a guy called Jackson who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I'm a regular customer and have many pairs of Aquila shoes all of which have been awesome. As always I will be back again.

I went to return my online purchases cause of the inaccurate fitting, and Elise was lovely and helpful, even though she were explained they didnt have the stock to resell, but kindly helped me with post return instead.

Just bought my first pair of Aquila shoes. The guy that worked the morning shift gave great service and noticed he had the same uplifting energy to all the other patrons although he was serving a heap is us. He ended up selling me and my partner a pair each of the stone Eastwoods and a belt l.

Shoes have rather poor quality and are overpriced, but the staff, who obviously have no hand in the quality of the shoes, are fantastic and very helpful.

Will purchase from again whenever I need a pair of shoes quick.
