Behind a very modest facade is this absolute gem of a store. I simply can’t imagine a better place to buy toys that are not the usual see-everywhere type and brands. Owner Lisa has carefully curated a comprehensive and fabulous range of great toys, games etc. There is so much here to choose from, you will not leave empty handed. Caring and knowledgeable service. Great store.

A little step back in time, boutique toy shop ( Lygon st Carlton) Poppies doesn't only stock toys. Specialty soaps , candles, jewellery, perfumes and quirky nic nacs and gift cards are only part of the sweet experience. Definitely pop in when you want that something special for someone special. ❤

This is the perfect shop for gifts but particularly for children. It's always full of great choices and customers. Don't arrive with large bags - you won't fit down the aisles.

A dizzying array of now "vintage" style toys which might be quirky for kids these days - but a fun throwback for the parents of that heritage. Could spend hours here gift shopping. Very cool.

I shop here almost exclusively for presents. Great range of interesting gifts for all ages and personalities, massive selection of cards is a huge bonus too. Rotating stock too so always surprised by new arrivals

Bought ‘The Block Monopoly’ today as well as a couple of tin toys. What a fantastic little shop run by a very helpful and approachable owner and staff. Couldn’t do enough! Cheers for the great service!
