House Share Melbourne

Stayed at their property in Caulfield South for almost a year , had a very pleasant stay. They addressed any issues that arose and dealt with them efficiently. Cleaners helped us keep the place clean and the accommodation was fully furnished with a nice lawn/backyard. Overall it was a good experience. Faith the manager is quick to respond to any problems and is easy to get in touch with via email. Thank you House Share Melbourne.

Would have no problem recommending these guys to my friends. Very professional service, have lived in quite a few share houses, none as quiet or clean as this one. Do a very good job keeping on top of backpackers and their dirty dishes. Won't be the last time I stay at one of their houses. Thank you.

We used to live in 1 Wynyeh street Malvern East for 4 years. Very nice, calm and quite, easy to access public transport and near to the city too. We could achieve most of our dreams while we were living in this lucky place. Houseshare has a good management and staff and they are very understanding staff. Great!!!

Me and my partner stayed at 64 O'connell Street for a duration of 4 months and had a pretty awesome time! The location is perfect to get to any form of public transport with the Queen vic Market down the road for all your fooderie needs and sating your curiosity. The room was very well kept and with a TV and your own fridge it made life easy. We needed a place to stay for work and a social life, this location provided both!

My girlfriend and i moved into 360 king street and have no complaints.
It's cleaned regularly and well maintained.
The girls on the front desk are lovely and super helpful.

I've lived in their shared house at Eskdale Road, Caulfield for almost two years throughout University and mostly had a positive experience overall. The house is perfect for anybody studying or starting their degree at Monash Uni Caulfield since it is conveniently located very close to campus as well as the Caulfield racecourse where most of the Uni exams are held. Also close to Caulfield Station and bus stops. The common areas and toilets are cleaned weekly by staff and maintenance is handled by staff as well, which was super helpful. The rent might seem a bit over the top to many, but given that I saved money on transportation cost and most bills are included in the rent, it wasn't too bad for me. Overall, would recommend!

One of my friends lives here and I have been here several times. A very good place for students. A perfect place and spacious. Location is also beautiful. A well maintained place.

I lived for 7 months in the st kilda east area with houseshare Melbourne. It was the best time for me here being in Melbourne. The housemates was really friendly and I could all the time asking the houseshare team any questions.

I stayed here for 3months, the property is in a very good location and the cleaners come every weeks.

The staff are friendly and they care much about residents. The house location is next to Queen Victoria Market and close to many shops. I highly recommend it.
