A good place to try sweet Korean desserts around Melbourne city. The staff are friendly. As a coffee lover, I can say the caramel coffee here is very nice. The background music consists of Korean songs and music. I saw some Aussies passing by and buying coffee too, especially during cold weather outside.

We visited @sulbing.australia Premium Cafe on Londsdale St for some 🍧 bingsu. Despite the typical queues, we were greeted warmly by the staff and welcomed into a blissfully air-conditioned space (much appreciated in the 38°C heat). As we placed our order, the cafe quickly filled up, with a small queue forming behind us. It seemed like everyone was seeking refuge from the scorching weather with a refreshing bowl of bingsu.

Featured Treats:
🍧🍓Premium Strawberry Bingsu: A crowd favorite, boasting a generous serving of sweet, juicy, fresh strawberries.
🍞🍯Honey Butter Bread: Lightly toasted and absolutely divine, especially when paired with strawberry bingsu.
🥭 Mango Smoothie
🥤Berry Berry Smoothie

What truly distinguishes Sulbing is not only the exceptional quality of their bingsu but also the meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of their desserts. Each bowl is a work of art, with layers of finely shaved ice adorned with fresh fruits, flavorful syrups, and delightful toppings. The texture of the shaved ice is remarkably light and airy, akin to freshly fallen snow, ensuring that each spoonful is a refreshing and delightful experience.

With its cozy atmosphere and friendly service, it's the ideal spot to relax and indulge in a taste of Korea right in the heart of Melbourne.

Located in the heart of the city, Sulbing Premium Cafe is a haven for dessert aficionados seeking a taste of icy perfection. From the moment you take your first spoonful, you'll understand why this cafe has earned its stellar reputation.

The star of the show at Sulbing is undoubtedly the ice itself. Impossibly soft and unbelievably fluffy, it's a texture that's unlike anything you've ever experienced. Each bite melts in your mouth, releasing a burst of refreshing flavor that's as satisfying as it is delightful.

But the magic doesn't stop there. Sulbing offers an extensive array of toppings and flavors, allowing you to customize your dessert to your heart's content. From fresh fruits and sweet syrups to indulgent chocolates and crunchy nuts, the possibilities are endless.

What truly sets Sulbing apart, however, is the attention to detail and commitment to quality. Every component of their desserts is carefully selected and expertly prepared, resulting in a symphony of flavors and textures that's nothing short of heavenly.

Whether you opt for a classic Patbingsu topped with red bean paste and condensed milk or venture into more adventurous territory with a Mango Cheese Bingsu, one thing is for certain: you're in for a treat that will tantalize your taste buds and leave you craving more.

So, if you find yourself in need of a sweet escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, look no further than Sulbing Premium Cafe. With its soft and fluffy ice and irresistible flavor combinations, it's sure to satisfy even the most discerning dessert lover.

Finally get to try this as I always see people queuing even during winter and was not disappointed. We had the Mango Yoghurt Melon Sulbing and tteokbokki pizza which is a very good combination and perfect size for 2 pax sharing. The tteokbokki we had was spicy and had a lot of cheese toppings. What I like about the bingsu is the quality of the fruit toppings, it was firm but natural sweet and when you scoop under the layer of ice, you will find more fruits which are softer but combined with cornflakes giving it 2 different unit texture than the toppings. The ice were fine and flavoured and not sweet.

One of the best places in Melbourne CBD to enjoy luxurious and exquisite Korean desserts. Be prepared to queue up during busy times, as this venue is very popular. However, the team is very well-organised, and the service is very efficient. We opted for the Premium Strawberry and shared it between the two of us.

Probably the best Korean bingsu and just general dessert place I’ve been to ever. I’m sure there are a lot of other great places, but from the ones I’ve had in Australia - it’s definitely the best. The pine mango flavour bingsu is sweet, creamy, fresh and the perfect amount of tart to be the best summer dessert. There’s usually a long line on weekends to reflect this and somehow it’s always worth the wait. The customer service staff are quick, efficient and friendly and I’ve yet to have an issue with the service.

A great dessert place to come for a chat with your friend! The Price was very AFFORDABLE!
The portion are HUGE! Definitely need to share it with others. We got the Yuzu Matcha which were amazingly delicious! Definitely recommended. It gets quick busy at evening so make sure to come in a bit early!

Best bingsu place by far in Melbourne! This is our second time, we’ve ordered half the menu by now, and everything was absolutely delicious. Not to mention, top quality presentation as well. The downside however, if you come on weekends, expect at least a 30minute wait outside, but on weekdays, they should have a spot ready anytime.

Had the biscoff and strawberry matcha. Really big portions for the three of us. But both were extremely delicious! The biscoff was too sweet for me, but the strawberry matcha one was well balanced. Would definitely come here again

The menu offered so many variety of flavours. The mango one was such a treat - the shaved ice was so finely milled it melted on the tongue like snow, and the mango was fresh, ripe, and bursting with flavor. The cheesecake pieces added a creamy, rich texture that complemented the ice perfectly. Each bingsu was served in a beautiful bowl with a side of condensed milk, and the portion size was generous.

Easily one of the best dessert place in Melbourne for milk-based Korean shaved ice dessert. My recommendation is the Blueberry Cheese. Hopefully they'll open soon in Sydney.

Came in the early evening on a Saturday and the shop was crowded and had to queue for about 20 minutes. Ordered premium strawberries and cheese. The look is very pleasing. The flavors go together just right, not too sweet. Come on Saturdays and Sundays and charge an extra 10 %.

Amazing sweet treats but be ready for the long queues if you’re visiting this cafe on weekends. Their strawberry shortcake is pure heaven 🤌🏻🤌🏻

We had a great experience, especially since it was our first time here. We asked the staff a lot of questions, but they were very patient and polite, providing us with excellent service. The dining area was also very comfortable. We will definitely come back again!

We’ve finally tried this hyped dessert spot on 21 October 2022 and it didn’t disappoint ‼

We got:
🍨 Caramel Coffee Sulbing
Nicely sweet - perfect for sweet-tooth like us! Generous amount of toppings so it’s best to have for snacking or after-meal to share with your loved ones

🍯 Honey Butter Bread
So thicc yet fluffy, very easy to eat (too easy cause we demolished it in 5 mins! 😂). This pairs well with hot drinks.

🍫 Hot Chocolate
Sweet, creamy and good consistency, just a nice classic hot choco to warm us up!

We can confirm that the hype was real!! Everything was sooo tasty & came in massive portion 🤩 Value for money was great!

However, depending on what time you get there they can be VERY busy. We waited around 30mins for this, but it wasn’t too bad as we already had dinner beforehand. But, honestly just be patient cause it’s worth it 🥰

We loved their dessert so much that after this visit, we’ve returned with our friends and we did a collab with the Melbourne Central spot 😋

Ordered the Tim Tam sulbing:)

The ice was really fluffy and melted quickly in the mouth :) there was a huge waiting line at around 10pm, but once inside it was very nice!

Will come back again to try the strawberry black forest sulbing! There are so many flavours to choose from, there is definitely something here for everyone!

Note* the portions may look large, but the ice is really fluffy and light, so it’s not too filling :D

Best bingsu place in Melbourne hands down! We had green tea bingsu and Tim tam bingsu. The shaved ice/snow was so fine and delicate, like delicious fluff in your mouth. Would definitely come back to try more flavours!
