Top of the line with exceptional service.

Really poor customer service in the Melbourne store. Wrote in more than once very politely saying it needed addressing. I got one call back saying they would ring the following day - no call. Its extremely disappointing as the ONLY reason for not purchasing was this appalling service. How many times do you need to reach out to them for them to firstly apologize and secondly work forward from the experience. They have missed out on the type of customer who is loyal. But ultimately I am very very disappointed as the main item I wanted was for my 50th and now I am left with no gift and no time to find another, thats a hard pill to swallow. But if their service is of the "don't care" variety, which is what it appears, then I can only image what would happen if the goods weren't up to scratch. There would be no follow through.
