No stars for this review. I popped in yesterday as the items looked interesting and the older woman working there was so rude and for no reason. I was just browsing but I was made made to feel very unwelcome. Very disappointing and I’ll never go there again!

GARBISH PLACE!! the owner was extremely rude and changed his voice at me unnecessarily, i bought something of value and after already paid and have the receive the next day when the truck came to pick it up he charged me an extra $200 from the stuff said is not what i payed because he knew i had already paid someone to pick it up and there was no way i could back out. Zero rating for this place and for this RAT! Don’t trust in this place guys! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Very unprofessional business, agreed on a price before booking 2 drivers to pick the item up then when the drivers arrived change the agreed price of the item, to make it even worse the gentleman there is a coward who raises his voice at women intimidating them almost into tears. I personally will be back there but it won’t be to buy anything.

Buyer's be warned! I purchased a ring which cost $840.00 that was marked down "on sale" from the store on Friday and came to return the item on Monday after the docket I received was ripped at the time the lady sold it to me where the fine print was cut out to be able to see all the information, the line I could read said returns can be accepted within 7 days after purchase if the item was in the same way at the time of purchase, so I came to return the item still in the box the ring was not what was decribed on the tag and not the quality for the price paid nor describe on the label as 9 carrot gold, which after closer inspection the gold ring has 925 stamp which is good plated and I have allergies and can only wear gold. The lady I purchased the item off said she was new and was talking about how she wanted to buy it too and said it's beautiful and amazing quality and I believed her she didn't explain a return policy and the docket I received at the time of purchase was torn leaving gap on the fine print, I have photos that backs up the statement. Honestly I am really distraught after so tried to return the ring I was being yelled at by a customer service representative named Matthew when trying to explain the circumstances at the time of purchase and was really disrespectful in the manner he said only works here and you can take the ring or have a store credit and was speaking to me in a threatening way saying he had to go so you take the ring or the credit! He said he wasn't well and I said I hope he gets well soon but I left the shop crying and shaking. I'm absolutely distraught by this experience and I felt like I had no choice to take a credit note and he stated the owner is overseas when I requested to speak to them directly and now after I have been treated like this I am then expected repurchase from this store?! this is worse customer experience I have had to have to go through in my life, the situation was handled poorly from the start where the docket was ripped so I would understand what your store policy is, but it wasn't clearly visible and or explained at the time of purchase and if Matthew was understanding and not confrontational yelling and threatening I would be more open to accept a credit note but I am disgusted with this experience and will follow up with the business owner and ACCC customer service was disgusting I want to warn anyone walking in this store to take your hard earned money elsewhere!
