It was one of those days, suddenly a car is driving on the tram tracks, when the driver realised that they had made a mistake they did a u-turn on the tram tracks bashing in the bumbers at both ends! Video supplied

A KEY STOP ON THE VERY BUSY SWANSTON STREET TRAM CORRIDOR
Stop 10 on Swanston St is an easy access point for all the tram routes that run along this very busy corridor.
It is within the free tram zone (ie no fare required if travelling soley within the zone which covers the central business district) so will get you to Flinders Street train station at no cost. It is just around the corner from the Bourke Street trams. The platform is raised, so you can walk straight onto any low floor tram that stops here... however with the older model trams you will still need to step up into the vehicle. There are tram arrival monitors and myki card top up machines at this stop. In busy times there will be several trams lined up at this stop so make sure you check the tram route number before jumping on the nearsest one!!

perfectly adequate train station, it had a seat for me to sit on, unfortunately there was a bird who squawked at me, please employ hunters to blow that birds brains out
