Exceptional and very welcoming service by the staff and security at this Collins store. Out of all the other retailers on this street, this is the venue I found to be the most informative and enjoyable experience to make a purchase.

All staff were very welcoming and I was graciously looked after by a trainee, Jon. I just wanted to say that for a trainee, his level of professionalism and how he was able to explain intricate details of the products came into view were fantastic which can only be a testament to the staff at this Collins Bvlgari store and the training that they have here. Jons patience with me to explain the products and providing great beverages was an experience I will remember. I will definitely return to this Bvlgari in the near future!

Exceptional service by the staff and was offered beverages. I made my first purchase at the Collins Street store 2 months ago and the salesperson was very patient in showing me the bracelet as I wasn’t able to decide between BZero1 and Serpenti bracelet. After making the purchase, I also got delicious chocolates and wine as a gift. I’ll definitely come back again for another purchase :)

Yesterday my partner and I had the most wonderful customer and shopping experience at Bvlgari.

My sole intention yesterday was to buy a ring as a gift for my partner.

With no success at some of the other jewellery stores on Collins St, we decided to walk into this beautiful store where we were met and greeted by the lovely doorman and then introduced to Meena the Sales Consultant who we instantly connected and knew we going to be in good hands

Meena made us feel comfortable, at ease and took her time ensuring my partner made the right choice.

Her professionalism and warmth made the process of choosing the right jewellery easy without doubt and hesitation.

During the shopping process we were also greeted and congratulated by Audrey the store Manager who was also very warm and a pleasure to converse with over complimentary Champagne and chocolate.

Audrey, also to our surprise also presented us with a gift bag as a beautiful gesture which we were very appreciative and thankful.

Audrey and Meena we would like to thank you for both your beautiful energy, warmth and professionalism as well as with the time you spent with us.

This was a customer experience that we will remember for a long time.

On a final note, for those that are looking to purchase jewellery I cannot recommend enough Bvlgari in Collins Street.

A big thanks to Lily at the Bvgari Melbourne store, my experience was exceptional due to this lovely lady who went out of her way to make sure she helped me resolve and complete a refund for an online gift I had received. Highly recommend requesting her services if you are purchasing products at this store.

A couple of weeks ago I arrived at the store 5 mins before closing (rushing in after work) and a couple of the staff told me they couldn’t help as the gift was an online order and apparently those refunds/exchanges are different to the boutique store I was currently in, so I would therefore need to contact the support team number and this could be found on website or the purchase email I would have received.

A little bit disappointed, I went to leave and a lady (later found out was called Lily) on the other side of the store rushed over and told me to actually wait if possible and take a seat so she could try and assist. I was relieved and pleasantly surprised with the amount of work she put in to assist after that.

I do not normally write reviews but this lovely lady definitely deserves acknowledgement. Hopefully management can pass this on:) I look forward to returning to re purchase items from Lily in the future.

Echoing the experience of others, however, I've been quite pleased by my experiences with the Melbourne Bulgari boutique and specifically with my experience with Rosanna. Being a fan of jewellery, watches and the Bulgari design language, Rosanna made me feel welcomed and was equally passionate in indulging me in the design and history Bulgari. She was also able to help me obtain a rarefied Bulgari Aluminium GMT watch, something that I was quite taken with and was having difficulty procuring. I can't speak well enough about my experience, shout out to Donna too for proving an enriching Bulgari experience. I have not always experienced similarly at other Bulgari boutiques, this Melbourne location is certainly special.

I have been a client for some time however I am continuously impressed by the incredible service this store has delivered every time. In particular I would like to highlight the exceptional commitment to service of Rosanna. I live in Adelaide and Rosanna has made every interaction from viewing pieces to purchasing and most recently to a repair, a breeze. I was anxious about the repair but Rosanna made it easy from secure pickup and keeping me informed of every step as well as returning the piece securely - which required some work on her part as I had limited time that this could happen.There is a reason why I keep returning to Bulgari, thank you Rosanna!

I couldn’t be more grateful for my experience with Rosanna. She went above and beyond any standard of customer service I have ever received and went an extra 10 miles to ensure my little brother had the perfect gift in time for his 21st birthday. I went to the city store yesterday and was instantly greeted by a team of people. Pamela and another lady (didnt catch her name) served us. They were absolutely beautiful to deal with. Best customer service from both of these ladies

I was in Melbourne for a holiday with my family, and decided to check out b.zero1 necklace. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by David with a big smile. He was very patient in showing me the necklace as well as the bracelets . We had a good chit chat too. There was also another asian girl (from Singapore, sorry forgot your name) who were looking after my family while I was trying out the pieces. They were so kind giving my little girl chocolates and a sticker book which she loves so much. I couldn't praise highly enough of both David and the girl. They showed excellent customer service and great professionalism. Thank you so much for making my first Bulgari experience a pleasant and memorable one. Yes, I bought the necklace!

Massive thank you to Rosanna for her patience over several weeks while i came into store several times to decided on the rings i wanted to purchase! She promptly replies to my emails and when i finally came into the store to purchase my ring, i picked a size too small! My exchange for a bigger size was a seamless transaction and i was extremely grateful for all her help!

I visited during a business trip and the service was impeccable, but also quite down to earth. Silvia clearly has a passion for the watches and showed me some incredible pieces, and followed up promptly on a new model I asked about. Great store

Rosanna was just simply brilliant. We went in a few times looking for our engagement rings. Even in COVID, nothing was too hard, and we ordered online and Rosanna ensured they were delivered within 24 hours. I could not rate Rosanna highly enough for her expertise and customer service. We recently visited a range of luxury boutique stores in Melbourne looking for gifts to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and our visit to your store will be remembered as a HIGHLIGHT of our anniversary celebrations for years to come. From the moment we entered your beautiful store, we were treated like ROYALTY. We were greeted by Dominique who was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. She guided us around the store and brought out many amazing pieces for us to try on, as well providing some delightful refreshments. We never write reviews on Google, but we wanted to thank you for such an AMAZING shopping experience. We are looking forward to visiting your store again in the future.

My wife and I were shopping for our wedding bands and I'm happy to say that Bvlgari on Collins happily provided it.

The client advisor, Rosanna, in particular was outstanding. She was knowledgeable in the products and what stock they had. She provided a positive experience to what would be one of our most important times of our life. At no point at Bvlgari did I feel pressured to make a decision or pushed towards one product over the other. Rosanna genuinely wanted to help us find what suited our needs.

Even when we left the shop after the first day without giving a solid indication that we would be back, Rosanna did not stop trying to serve us by continuing to look for the ring we wanted and notified us that it was in stock and that she would hold it for us.

She was additionally patient while we were trying on different styles from what we wanted originally and when we finally made our decision, she was happy to do the extra paperwork to help accommodate our situation and even provided us a few extra goodies to celebrate our special day.

Louis was really helpful and informative, he helped me decide which finger, hand and variation of the ring would suit me best. if you need advice at BVLGARi, give them a call and request an appointment with Louis, you won't be disappointed. there was also a lovely SA whose name i can't seem to recall, who kindly gave us a third opinion, which was desperately needed.

The sales consultant Emma is excellent! She changed my impression of this store. Last time my experience in bvlgari is not good while I was making my decision about which necklace to buy. However, this time Emma is really willing to help me shopping around the whole store, and she gave me a lot of useful advices. Her patient and enthusiastic attitude makes me very glad and satisfied with Bvlgari. I really hope being served by ppl like her every time.
