Well now💇‍♂ Ive know Wendy since i was a blue tong and she is just fabulous

I’ve been loyal to this salon for sixteen years now!
Wendy and her girls are lovely and really helpful, always bending over backwards to accommodate if I need to change an appointment.
Have had many fabulous cuts, colours and blow dry’s.

Really enjoyed hair colouring service today with Julie - highly recommend Julie for colouring especially if it is a challenging job. Wendy and the team worked hard on the mess I came in with and helped me achieve my new look 😊.

My first hair salon in Melbourne, loved the service. Went for a hair spa and blow wave for a girls night out and my girls loved my hair the way it looked.

After having a bad experience with another salon Julie did a great job at fixing the cut and colour.

Wendy is an excellent cutter and a lovely person to talk to in a relaxed salon.

Sophie (apprentice) was completley lovely and did an amazing job with some framing face foils and a cut and blow dry. Much cheaper than an experienced hair dresser and so worth it - she's as lovely as she is professional

Expensive, but good service.

Asked for my roots regrowth to be done to match my hair( a reddish shade). Colour done was quite darker even though I asked for a direct match ( and have had it done at other salons- this is not a colour that requires several sessions of lifting.)

Final result was a darker shade- almost like am ombre. Not what I asked for. I approached them and asked them to fix it as that was not what I asked for and they refused. I don’t appreciate considering their services are not cheap, especially when you don’t get what you paid for.

Edit/ response to the team: Yes, I wanted to do foils but decided to do regrowth. That does not address the matter of the colour not matching. And we did have a consultation. I am talking about the regrowth not matching the rest of the colour.

Good haircuts in the past but really disappointed with recent experience. $95 for a dry trim, apparently ‘risk’ money that was not advertised. Young girl cutting my hair looked like she had just rolled out of bed with a food stained oversized tracksuit jumper, which wouldn’t bother me but if your charging that much then surely need to raise the bar in the professionalism. On top of all this, not even a great cut.

The policy is 54+ dollars no matter how long the haircut takes. So literally if they trim your hair in 5 minutes it's 54 dollars. Not sure how this place stays in business

$40 for a fringe trim and re shaving undercut... never paid more than $20 anywhere else
