Really nice customer service. I was assisted by Lisa Li. She’s very patient and very helpful. I have to get an exchange for the bag I bought due to some issues with the bag and it was done smoothly. I really like my new bag :-)

I was served by Zoey in the store - she was really patient and professional in explaining the details of my lambskin bag. She carry a warm smile throughout the time and that was really nice of her. Bringing my bag for spa again in the next few months and I definitely hope to see her again. Seeing all the reviews here, I could only say your shopping experience will depend on who you are served. On that note, there is a new guy around in the store and I felt really uncomfortable throughout my visit as he was scanning through my attire but it was hilarious!

Went in to purchase some items. JD is the best and always will be. I will only deal with her for my purchases from this store as she is always easy to deal with and very professional.

All the staff members here are very helpful and attentive. My partner has had the pleasure of dealing with JD. She is very helpful with my partners enquiries and the service she provided was above the average. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Yoon Park. So far I am very happy and impressed with her level of service and how she managed to help me get an item that I have been after for a while now. One of my favourite brands as their designs are very subtle without the "look at me branding". Highly recommend this place.

Undoubtedly the worst customer experience ever. I went in 15 minutes before they closed to purchase a pair of shoes for my birthday. The sales didn’t tell me her name, but she was an Asian female staff with long hair. I asked her if I could try in a size before I purchased just so I could be sure it fit right, however she immediately told me that as they were closing soon, it would be too much if a hassle for her to go get the shoes from the basement if I wasn’t 100% going to purchase it. I was already sure I wanted those shoes, I just wanted to confirm the size, but I was essentially asked to leave and come back when they opened the next day because it was too much of a hassle for her?? I called the next day and spoke with the assistant manager, who promised me she would investigate and find the staff to apologize to me, which honestly was all I wanted. But after that up until today, I never heard anything back. After this horrible experience, I don’t think I would ever want to go back or to purchase anything from this brand again.

Worst customer service experience. Having purchased from other luxury stores we walked into Bottega with every intention to purchase. However the SA followed us around the store. He honestly made us feel pressured and uneasy. At every point during our walk through the store the SA was less than 1 meter away. I will never be visiting again, any purchases will continue to be made at the David Jones concession store.

The worst experience we had today after having been to other luxury stores on Collins St. The SA responded to everything with 'not available. All fully paid for'. We were interested in reserving a bag but she would not even tell us when or if or how that can be done. Terrible!

Worst customer service experience I have had. When I came and visited the shop，noone came and provided the service so I had been waiting for about20mins and noone came to ask me which is ridiculous. Should be the worst experience in all luxury stores I have visited in my life.
