This time around I had Faith as my trainer, she was awesome! Super enthusiastic and explained a few things in a different way which was good to know! Also, Roger is a stellar trainer as well - loved both of their energy!!

I had an amazing experience today while training CPR and First Aid with Bhavana . She is so dedicated to her work that I haven't experienced such a perfectionist in Australia before. I recommend to train with Bhavana at Australia Wide training centre. Definitely five stars for her 👍

Our trainer Parker is fabulous. He explained everything nice and clear to us, with great patience. He also offered us a lot of useful advises depending on his experience. When I need to renew my certification, this place is definitely gonna be my choice again.

I had the opportunity to take my first aid course yesterday with Ms. Bhavana, the course was excellent, she spoke very clearly, I'm French and I was able to understand everything, very good trainer who kept me captivated. I recommend her!

Thanks for a fun but informative First Aide Class. Due to Roger’s to the point delivery (laughs aside) came away feeling we were going to remember & be able deliver some crucial First Aide. Always appreciate too how well set out & organised classes are, no traipsing around unpacking a trainers car boot etc These little things make a difference when you’re initially anxious Highly recommend Australia Wide First Aid

5/5 rating to trainer ‘Roger’ his way of conducting the workshop was out of the world. 5.5 hrs of workshop felt like only fraction of seconds. Thank you Roger for entertaining us along side teaching the way the things that were key to learn. Overall good experience with this AWFA.

Faith was an energetic and fast paced trainer who kept a keen eye on everyone in the room (huge class) and identified our needs. The following week I had cause to assist in a first aid situation, and call 000 - Faith's voice was in my ear and I felt confident to help where I could.

Excellent delivery of this course by our educator, 'Parker'.
I completed my annual CPR update and my first aid update.
Parker was engaging, spoke clearly and made me feel confident.
The venue in Queen St MELBOURNE was easy to find and accessible via train, tram or car.
All in all 'AUSTRALIA WIDE FIRST AID' provide a fabulous course!
I've attended many courses over the years run by various other providers and I'd venture to say, this was the BEST!!
Thanks Parker 😊

Thoroughly enjoyed session. Bharvana’s exceptional knowledge and delivery of the content was excellent. Maybe the pace, at times, with which she delivered the content was a bit quick for me, but overall she did a great job. Very satisfied and appreciative.

Bhavana was a good teacher, very easy to understand with both the theory and the practical of things, my last teacher 3 years ago wasn't as helpful, this time round it was much easier to understand those necessary steps to take that goes along with being a first aider.

Great experience with this first aid/CPR course in Melbourne CBD. Easy booking for CPR course online to begin with and easy to understand and easy to follow class with the trainer Bhavana. She was clear and made all the important points understandable. The certificate was sent through via email after a few hours of the class. Recommended! Thank you Bhavana!

I was very impressed with my training with Zoe through Australia Wide First Aid! She brought a fantastic energy to the course, made participants feel comfortable and confident in their skills/learning, and used personal anecdotes about her own first aid experiences to make certain messages memorable.
