I only buy here when I desperately need flowers and my local florist in Heathmont is closed. The customer service is not great (not very friendly or welcoming), there‘s no effort made to wrap the flowers so they don’t start to dry out straight away (no wet paper towel around stems or flower food), and often the flowers do not last very long. I prefer to go to a florist who is more than happy to make up a mixed posy to exactly my liking and preferred price. If you can, go somewhere else!

Unhelpful and rude.

Walked around the shop for at least 10mins no assistance, placed x3 bunched roses on counter and was asked if for a gift, said yes so proceeded to get rid of thorns wrap the flowers in green paper, didn’t ask what colour. I got them home within 20mins to place in water. They were not in direct sunlight and plenty of water yet survived x2 days!!! What a waste of $45 dollars please avoid purchasing go somewhere else…..

My wife went in with our 3yo daughter who loves flowers. Our daughter is a gentle soul and was screamed at by the witch behind the counter for merely softly patting a flower... Shocked that someone screamed at our daughter for no reason, bringing her to tears, my wife left and we will never return, and judging by previous reviews, she made the right decision...

You don't know what people are going through, why do you think my wife was going to buy some flowers in the first place?

Shame on you, terrible service and you're not our daughters parent. Know your place.

Terrible customer service. The woman sitting at the front did not acknowledge me for about 5-10 minutes, so I said "excuse me" and repeated myself as she did not seem to hear. After the third time I repeated myself, she rudely responded "what?!" indicating she had probably heard me the first two times but chose to ignore me, or just chose to be rude. I choose to take my business to a place where I don't feel less than invisible.

I don't usually make complaints but I had the worse experience at Bayside flower garden in Eastland today. The customer service was appalling. The lady was very unhelpful and the flowers were terrible, they were all flat and terribly presented. When putting the ribbon on the bunch she pulled out a scrappy piece of ribbon and when I asked for the thicker ribbon she did it reluctantly with a awful attitude. I am going to tell all my family and friends to never shop there. Even in these hard times she couldn't even be a bit pleasant. Please do yourselves a favor never shop there. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE HER 0 STAR.

I don't usually make negative reviews but I had such a bad experience that I want to warn other customers. I purchased two bunches of flowers one of which all fell apart and i was left with two flowers in the whole bunch. (i have photos to proove this) I called the florist and spoke to a lady with an accent and she told me to come in and she will give me another bunch for free. My mother was at Eastland and explained the situation and the florist refused to even acknowledge that I had spoken with her! She didn't even offer a credit!
This florist has terrible customer service and it is actually the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I have told all my family and friends to never shop here. She also swore at me and hung up the phone! Do yourself a favour and avoid this florist at all costs!!!

Horrible old lady who works there behaves in very unprofessional manner and hates life.
Not welcoming at all and poor customer service.
Flowers are cheap compared to other florist however the flowers are dying so makes sense.

Terrible customer service and a sorry excuse for flowers which will wilt in less than a day which is a testament to their "freshness"
The ladies at the counter were just plain rude and uninterested. Didn't even arrange the bouquet properly and it came loose as soon as I took them home.
Never again. Steer clear.

Horrible customer service! Have only been to this place twice, and the first time I thought may be she was having a bad day and that’s why she was so rude. But turns out she’s just a horrible, rude old lady. Would never ever buy flowers from this place again

Just left the store (without a purchase) because I stood there for 15mins while the lady who is supposed to be serving sat on a personal phone call. She completely ignored myself and two other customers, even though she was looking straight at us - terrible service

Very disappointed in the customer service.
Flowers were broken, and then died off after 3 days, looking brown and yuk.
