Great place to stay for international students who have just moved to Melbourne! I've been living here for a year now and has not had any problems at all. RAs and receptionist are very friendly and supportive. Facilities here such as gym, cinema and common room are very clean. Room space are surprisingly not too small at all and is perfect with its price tag.

Love this accommodation! This building is really new and all the facilities are also very nice! They also regularly host events at night so you can meet new people (and they also provide free food sometimes too!). The studio rooms are also decent and it doesnt feel small or congested if that's one of your concerns. Overall 10/10 experience :)

The location couldn't be better, with easy access to the CBD and a vibrant atmosphere. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, providing a comfortable living environment. International students’ first mission after getting into the university they want has always been finding a cheap and affordable accommodations WITHIN the city, minutes if not seconds walking to classes!

Well, I mean fair enough, but they don’t realise their definition of CHEAP isn’t here in Melbourne, where it appears to be one of the most expensive city to be living in, believe it or not. You’re thinking at least 400-500AUD per week of living, in a 10-18m2 apartment excluding food and other personal necessities.

I was one of the kids wondering around Melbourne at the end of last year, searching for that ‘one’, and only until 2 weeks before my arrival that I found UniLodge Melbourne CBD where they offered a decent deal for RMIT students, for a premium studio apartment with a toilet, a kitchenette, a table and a bed of your own privacy at 420. They also have common areas for you to study and giggle about this one unlucky friend who had a view right opposite to someone else’s bathroom (Yes they do turn the blinds down when it’s occupied give me a break 😂). Events are organised daily by the RA team who are also residents at the building, and so friendly that you can always, most of the time get 2 serves of milkshakes every Monday night from the kitchen. Bills are included as well as unlimited wifi, which will satisfy your needs whether if it’s to connect to your loved ones 24/7 or rage at your fellas because Reyna was tagged 140hp but not dead in Valorant.

Anyways, to conclude, if you are the one who loves having your dream space in the heart of Melbourne CBD, with literally minutes from your favourite shops and destinations, this is the place to be.

I enjoy living here so much, and thanks to the team here at UMCBD for making it even better!
