I am so grateful to have found Nobel Thomas. Mert and his team at Nobel Thomas have been taking care of my business' tax and accounting for a number of years. I trust them completely. A few impressions when I tried to work with them after listening to a friend's recommendation:
- Lack of transparency when it comes to educating clients on their service and rates.
- Very slow response and long wait without clear explanation to the client.
- I also didn't appreciate the harassment to pressure clients to pay for services that they never used.
- I have also reported them to Consumer Affairs and ASIC.
