I have been a client at Minoo's Laser & Beauty for over three years. The team at Minoo's do a fabulous job, whether it's laser, beauty treatments or amazing eyebrows. The standout factor for me is that the team provide fantastic service, its consistent and all of the staff want you to get great results. I love the range of products and treatments available and the staff are extremely knowledgeable. The studio has a lovely feel to it, it's relaxing and enjoyable to visit. Minoo's did a brilliant job in treating my face and making my skin clear and healthy in time for my wedding. I can highly recommend Minoo's to any future brides!

I've been a client of Minoo's laser for at least 8 years and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

I had laser more than six years ago and the results are amazing! The technology they use is the gold standard in the industry and whilst friends have been burnt or had treatment.. after treatment.. after treatment with minimal results, I always felt safe and was hair free after less than 6 sessions!!

I'm currently undergoing skin needling in preparation for my wedding and after only 4 sessions it has drastically reduced my fine lines and pigmentation!!

My mother, sister and partner are all clients as well. My mother had truly amazing results using IPL for sun damage, scarring and wrinkles. My sister has had treatment for her pigmentation as well as a variety of peels. The Dermal Clinicians and consultants at Minoo's are the most professional employees I have come across in the beauty industry and they always provide the best service possible. Deciding to get laser hair removal was the best decision I have ever made and I am blown away by the results.

I first came to know about Minoo's when I was desperately looking for some good skin clinics in Melbourne and stumbled upon a review. I am glad I found it as my skin changed for good since then. My ethnicity is Indian so I have a naturally tanned complexion (which can be described as brown or dark as well). My problem areas were uneven skin tone, excessive oil and acne scars. My first visit was extremely pleasant as I was given a free(and honest) consultation with full attention and a personalized skin care regimen. We discussed about the treatments that would prove both suitable and beneficial for my skin type and color. I must say, I have been extremely happy with the results and am a satisfied client. The beauty therapists at Minoo's are professional and know their job well. Minoo's is a "must go to" recommendation from my end for everyone having skin problems.

I wanted to try laser hair removal but wasn't sure if it would work because my hair is quite fair. I attended Minoo's and on my first visit Pouneh talked me though the full process and explained honestly to me that there was a possibility it could be less effective on my hair type, but she told me she could alter the strength of the laser to work in the best possible way for me. She didn't make me feel under any pressure to go ahead with the treatment, but I felt confident in her professionalism and experience so i went ahead with it, followed the aftercare advice that was given to me (also bought a brilliant Aloe Vera gel here which is organic and really excellent quality) and found the laser treatment to be absolutely brilliant. The hair fell just as I was told it would just a few days after the treatment. It is worth noting that there is a lot of care taken to do a really thorough job and I have never felt rushed through a session. There is not one hair that does not get attacked during the appointment! Also a treatment as intimate as this one could make one or both people involved a little uncomfortable or awkward, but I always feel totally at ease, another nod to the professionalism at Minoo's.
I was advised to come back every 6-12 weeks for further sessions, and actually found this very difficult since I don't live in Melbourne, and still found the hair removal exceptionally effective.
The clinic is beautifully decorated and well maintained. There is always herbal tea available for clients and the place has a really classy retro vibe. They do offer lots of other services and I would be confident that they are also of a very high standard but I have not tried them yet. It is always a pleasure to come in and visit the clinic and I have nothing but praise for this place.

In contrast I have visited one of the many cheaper hair removal clinics available in Australia and they discussed nothing with me regarding hair colour or texture, the session was finished in under 10 minutes. The hair fall I had after visiting that clinic was significantly less than after visiting Minoos, in fact I would say it was minimal, and in general the experience was a lot less pleasant.

I have been a regular client of Minoo's for a few years now. During that time, I have seen amazing results with my skin and laser hair removal. Despite not having regular laser treatments for about 4 years now, I only require the odd spot treatment (mostly due to hormonal hair growth during my pregnancies). The girls are honest, ethical, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable.

I only write reviews for those places that are worth it, and Minoo's Laser is one of them! Pouneh and Claire are amazing, and the quality of the service is like no other. I've tried 'cheaper' but more commercially-oriented laser clinics and the quality of the service AND results does not compare. I highly recommend Minoo's if you want effective results for your laser treatment and your skin to be well taken care of :)

A few years ago, I suddenly started to develop hair growth on my face and body due to a thyroid condition and autoimmune disease. Emotionally, I struggled to cope with the physical effects and I became depressed. I reacted to prescription medication and other treatments and felt so helpless. Best laser clinic in Melbourne with excellent service. Staff is not just friendly, but also specialized in understanding skin types and providing tailored services. Minoo has latest technology to accommodate people with darker skin. I have always been given special treatment as a customer. I will recommend this studio with 100% satisfaction.

I've done a few treatments at Minoos and could not fault them in service or results. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I felt like their favourite customer. I went feeling so embarrassed about showing my dry skin with breakouts from exercising out in the elements, sea water and chlorine from the pool. Fortunately they made me feel completely comfortable and after their treatments and using their recommended products my skin has been saved. It means so much to me to finally feel comfortable without a thick cake of makeup hiding my blemishes. I could not recommend them more :)

For years I have wanted to get laser treatment but was always a little hesitant. A friend recommended I try Minoo's Laser & Beauty Studio. I had been turned away from two reputable laser clinics before finally finding Minoo’s. These other clinics were worried that they would burn my skin due to my fine hair and dark complexion (Indian) – while they could do some areas, I was really after whole body hairlessness!

I had a consult with the owner/manager at Minoo’s and she gave me an honest and realistic assessment of what results I could expect and how long it would take. I know she adjusted the laser settings to suit my skin, which other clinics just didn’t seem to know how to do.

I think my results exceeded her expectations (and my own)! After only three sessions, it was amazing – some areas were already completely hair free. After a few more and I am nearly done…about six unwanted hairs left on my entire body! These kinds of results are pretty remarkable for someone with dark skin. To think I went from shaving every other day to picking up a razor once every couple of months for six hairs!

Over time, I also got a series of facials and they got me onto some great face products. I had previously been a person that got her moisturiser from the supermarket, so the products seemed like a big step up – but, in reality, they actually aren’t that expensive because they last so long. From having clogged up and reactive skin that broke out if I accidentally scratched my nose the wrong way, I now have a perfect, smooth complexion and barely even wear makeup anymore.

The ladies at Minoo’s also convinced me to address my over-plucked eyebrows. I can’t believe I actually thought they looked ok before…they really didn’t…I look back at photos and cringe. They now look full and natural, and the ladies even taught me how to do them myself at home.

So, I can’t recommend Minoo’s enough – I’ve had the best results you can expect on all fronts. I always request my treatments with the owner/manager because she is so meticulous, but all the ladies there are amazing.

All this has been an investment but it’s been absolutely worth it in my eyes. Not just because I am now always getting compliments on my skin, but more so because getting ready takes me no time at all now! Thanks Minoo's!

This is the first time I’ve ever written a review in my life. To be honest I had pretty much given up hope on visiting skin specialists and I’ve spent an absolute fortune over the years on products and procedures to only get told I was doing everything wrong by every single person I went to see. I failed to see any results and turned to Minoos for one last attempt.
I can’t recomment Penae and her team more. They are highly professional, knowledgable and caring.
My skin has never looked this good in its life and I haven’t even started the needling yet.
The hair removal laser is incredible. I had visited another clinic and had seen basically 0 results. Penae advised me it hadn’t worked and the results from my first session with Minoos was unbelievable.
