Bought online. Took a week to arrive. Pretty quick with Covid environment and Regional Vic destination. Shoes were packed great. No issue whatsoever. Hopefully, i would be able to visit the store in the near future.

My order was shipped the following day, and they refunded me immediately when they realised that one of the items I ordered was out of stock. My order was also delivered promptly within the same week.

I put the wrong address on my order and unfortunately didn’t realise until it was too late. I emailed the store and Billy was nice enough to keep me updated when they received it and sent it back out to me at no extra cost! Customer service 10/10

Underrated is where it is at. Look at other hype stores across Melbourne, some of there prices are ridiculous! Underrated provides some of the best prices in Melbourne for hype clothing. Great selection, mass variety of clothing, shoes and more. The staff the underrated Melbourne are also really nice. As walking in they will greet you and guide you to what you will want. Definitely deserves the 5 stars. Keep up the great work guys !
