Nice place with a cafe just next to tbe main entrance. There are a number of places to sit down along the side to catch up in a quite area. The staff at the front desk are fantastic, there is usually a nice flower display on the main desk. The entrance is always kept very clean. The front entrance is a ramp all of the way from street level to the desk.

Ordered the spaghetti amatriciana, generous servings and solid prices. Wasn’t a fan of tiramisu but at least they tried

Recently worked with EY global immigration team and had a very bad experience which I really didn't expect from EY. Couple of major mistakes were done in the application, not worth for the money.

Absolute worst immigration services I ever considered ( not to mention that they charge a ridiculous amount just for the initial assessment). back then, they told me I had no chance to stay in Australia and the only way was to go back to my country and try again in the future. They assigned me an apprentice to deal with my case, apparently “under supervision” of an experienced employee. Long story short, I knew more details of the visa processes than her. I went to another immigration agency and they gave me more paths and options for my residency ( which EY never bothered doing), and now I can happily say I got my permanent residency. Do yourself a favour and do not waste your money with them!!

Worst audit team I have dealt with in my 25+ years of career, absolutely unprofessional and waste clients time, not to mention they charge you more for their baby auditors’ “learning time” on top of the ridiculous fees. Absolutely unprofessional and blame the clients for not supporting their work when they spend 3+ months each year on audit. Different auditors ask for the same thing to different finance colleagues, absolutely waste of time. If I had to rate their audit service, I would give them 0/10. Don’t waste your time and money.

Would have to be the most incompetent company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Cannot get employee entitlements right. Have no idea about Fair work legislation but are happy to charge $500 an hour for all the mistakes they make and have to redo that has been pointed out to them. INCOMPETENT AND UNETHICAL! I don't know how anyone would want to work for this company and be able to sleep at night. I would give no stars at all.

The worst immigration service I’ve ever experienced.

Frequent delays: my case has been overlooked and gets little care. If I don’t send emails to push, it’s likely I won’t receive any update/feedback in a week.

Sometimes no replies to my email: well again, maybe the agent was buried in the "case ocean"..

I understand there are many other more important cases to take care in EY, but please at least give the due attention to my case. This is not an individual’s fault, instead, it’s EY's immi service department's failure for the unbalanced workload and underestimated timeline.

Final words: feedback might vary case by case, agent by agent, so my review is merely on behalf of myself. I do respect all EY agents and respect their hard work.

Their tax team won't reply my emails or even they reply it is always after a lot of days. Their immigration also not great, the senior consultant always cant wait to hang up the phone call. Their consultant give vague advice

Massive exploitation in the company.. they target people, exploit them by using the word “due to pandemic”, whereas they themselves dont get affected. They are seated on their spots not changing, but exploiting individuals knowing there would be no other place to go due to recession...Seriously a bad employer.

Why doesn't anyone answer the phone at this company. Sureley the main switchboard is being monitored.
