I recently put my car in for a dint on my back bumper and I couldn’t be happier with the work and service. The back looks perfect and my custom paint matched perfectly. I was given a loan car to hold me over whilst they worked on the car and the process was smooth and professional. I’m over the moon and happy to write 5 stars! Will definitely be using again if needed.

I’ve had the chance to come to Melbourne BMW Bodyshop for 3 times now. I’d have to say their worksmanship and service is top notch.
My car was repaired like it was new, and quick turnaround time, I had my car back within a week.

Darren and the team at BMW Body Shop have done a fantastic job repairing my BMW.
When there was a minor hiccup Darren made sure the problem was resolved.
Darren was clear upfront when I first attended with the damaged car, and advised me about my right to a rental car as I was not at fault in the accident. He then assisted in organising this.

It was a really great experience for me! When my car get damaged, I was so stressed out during those days, until I talked with my car assessor Paul, he provides me a lots of useful advises in terms of how to fixed my car nice and quickly, then I feel much better afterwords.

Also, I was really satisfied with the results they did, when I get my car back, just looks like a new car which never had accident before, excellent work! The whole process only took me a week which is really efficient. Definitely highly recommend BMW Bodyshop to my friends, haha :)

They did an amazing job on our 2008 335i with Arktis metallic paint which I imagine would have been painstaking to match.

No BS with the quoting and advise. Very thorough on inspection and confident on what to do to fix it. Quote was broken down to the tee.

The car came out looking absolutely perfect. Like they waved a magic wand and the damage was reversed.

I had my car repaired here recently and had an amazing experience. Despite having an extensive amount of damage to the vehicle, the experience was stress free. Langdon, who was managing my vehicle, was super courteous, always available for a conversation, making sure I was up to date with the latest news, and proactively contacting me as required. He also patiently explained the process to me multiple times.

I have been to the bodyshop more than once, and for my cars, I will only take them there. Their workmanship is second to none and they always use original parts.

Highly recommend this if you are looking for quality work on your car.

I have received service from Langdon on numerous occasions and have always received excellent service from him. He is professional, courteous and efficient - initially advising it would take 5 days to complete my repair job, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call advising the car was ready after 3 days. Darin did a great job. He was very friendly. His team done a very awesome work and brought the car back to brand new. The car was ready in 9 days. If you drive a BMW then this is the place to take your car for any body repairing.

I had such a pleasurable, calm and stress free experience when I took my car to Melbourne BMW Bodyshop.

Firstly, I was greeted by Receptionist Anna with a friendly and hospitable reception followed by a prompt and hassle free claim assessment by Assessor Langdon and then CMT loan car hirer Nick had me on my way home in a splendid new loan car. The whole process from GO to WHOA was over in no time.

Within the same week I picked up my car and I got to say I was tremendously impressed with the quality of repair. Superb, professional spray painting colour matched perfectly by Spray Painter Lisa and repaired flawlessly by the Panel Beating crew.

Finally, I met with Bob the gentleman running the show to pass on my gratitude for the professional team he has carrying out his streamlined operations, leaving me with positive feelings and the joy of writing this review.

These guys are the best. If you have a BMW, the best place to leave it is with BMW. They tried really hard to keep costs down for me, but at the same time wouldn't let me leave without a perfect fix. I have nothing to say but good things. Darin is a good operator.

Langdon was brilliant to deal with. He kept me updated constantly and catered for tight fine frames. Anna was also wonderful, and always cheerful and willing to assist. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience I've had.

Incredible guys and great service - I had an accident just before Christmas, with all the headache of the festive season upon, these guys were able to return my car in exactly 6 business days, absolutely incredible.
