Their 'Terms and Conditions' document does not state that swimwear cannot be returned. It was on this basis that I purchased a swimsuit, for which they are now refusing to accept a return.
Another prime example of an online retailer misleading their customers.
In addition, a pair of shoes I purchased was not the genuine size advertised, but half a size smaller. And of an incredibly low-grade quality, fresh from a dollarshop I would think...
Never again, Ozsale. Heaps better service at Shein or Temu.

Worst experience and still dealing with it!! First time purchasing, ordered in advance of my event that I needed it for to allow delivery delays etc but then I received an email saying my return had been approved. I knew nothing about this. Apparently the supplier was an issue, they don’t deal with them anymore, I had no communication, no updates and no first birthday present as it is still pending. I have been refunded for one item and the other item is waiting to be received. I haven’t even seen a package let alone arranged returns so now I’m still out of pocket for another outfit and shipping costs. This was ordered on 23/7/23 and I am still waiting after numerous follow ups. I do not think I will be shopping with oz sales again. Very bad first impression!!
