What a great place. We had a quick but outstanding meal here. The service was fantastic. The excellent server with the tattoos recording her parent’s birth years guided us through the process quickly. We were in a hurry and her recommendations were pure gold. Outstanding cauliflower bites to start and then the best chicken dish I think I’ve ever had which was one of the specials. I could fill a lengthy book on how good this dish was. Beautifully and simply presented and cooked by angels and as tender and moist as any piece of chicken I’ve ever tasted anywhere on the planet. And, with just beautiful flavour. Just exceptional. I got very anxious at the thought of finishing it and having none left. The server (who incidentally looks a bit like Dua Lipa) guided us through this experience with some skill. Outstanding recommendations. We will be back

I dined with friends who regularly visit. Great atmosphere, not pretentious but definitely classy. The food was perfect, well priced, a good selection of interesting dishes. But my favourite thing was our beautiful waiter.. you could tell he loved his job and saw it as a craft. He made my night, I felt so looked after 🙏🙏🙏

Solid Italian restaurant with an attentive and caring staff. Pizza was great and truly italian napoli style. The fettucine pasta was good too. Prices are very reasonable for the offered food.

Could be a good place for an easy date night where you want to take out your partner to a nice italian restaurant without putting the house up on mortgage.

Beautiful dining room layout and feel, with fabulous service, and varied menu (lots of vegetarian options). Overall great Italian restaurant, reservations must be made by phone. Looking forward to visiting again to try the pizza, and more of the starters and sides 🍷

Absolutely delicious. Dropped in with no booking and had the best Italian meal with fantastic service. The flavours were out of this world. The sugo tasted so good, just this on bread could have been a dish on its own! The tiramisu was so light, we finished it all in a flash. A gem of a place which we will definitely go back to.

An incredible authentic Italian experience. The food is amazing! The service is great, we had trouble picking a wine but we received great advice from the waiter and had an incredible Italian wine. It can get a little noisy but hey, that's authentic to!

I walked in off the street and was treated like family by Richard (owner) and his team. Great prices for what you get as the quality here is tip top. Service is out of this world and by caring, knowledgeable folks. Will be coming back. Highly recommend!!!!

We celebrated an early Christmas dinner with friends. We had a fantastic night. The food was amazing, the wait staff were exceedingly professional and ready to help. The food all come out in good time and was so delicious. Such an amazing experience and a must-visit spot for any Melbournite. Cant wait to return for the shared entrees, my Snapper was incredible and dessert was amazing. Highly recommended.

Little gem in Melbourne. Fit us in on a busy night, sat at the bar. Great atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was exquisite. Tasty and well delivered. Chili oil was a pleasant surprise. Thanks for the off menu cocktails the effort was much appreciated. Very satisfied.

On holiday (from Scotland) celebrating our silver wedding anniversary. Found this restaurant via Google, and we're so glad we did. It was the perfect place to celebrate. Fantastic food, excellent service, very good value, and a really great vibe. 5 stars.

This is a go to place for a delicious Italian meal with a few bottle of wine.
The food is yummy and the service is amazing.
Price wise is equivalent to the quality of their food and service.
Highly recommend for couples, business lunch/dinner.

That place was out of this world. Good proper Italian food. The waitress that served us was amazing and she was 2 weeks from giving birth but still gave us the best service. Definitely will be back to enjoy the amazing food and drinks.

The food of the day= roast chicken with the ricotta was really juicy and has a delicious sauce! Highly recommend!

Best customer service ever. Staff really knows their special wine and food. They recommended awesome chef's special and took care of food allergy too. I don't really like row beef basically but this one is the best. Open kitchen makes us excited. Desert drink called Sgroppino is the best.

Went here with a group of colleagues after a conference. Really good traditional Italian food. Delicious antipasti, I had the crumbed veal and loved it. In the desserts, I thought the tiramisu was one of the best I have had in a long time. Highly recommend.

Lupino is a busy yet buzzy efficient restaurant with great food, ambience and prompt friendly professional service.
A crisp lager comes out with warm fresh bread and the specials are too good to pass up. I settled for the Italian sausage ragu with gnocchi and a side of firm green beans with wilted spinach in butter. Yum yum.
