Loved the vibe at Bond Store! Funky Euro decor was awesome, and the cheese toastie with maple bacon? Mind. Blown. Best I've ever had, hands down. Food overall was delicious, but service started slow. Felt forgotten after being seated, had to flag someone down. Team was super apologetic and friendly though, turned things around quickly. Overall, great food, charming atmosphere, minor service hiccup easily outweighed by the awesome staff. Recommend checking it out!

Coffee and food both were delicious. Both meals were presented nicely, and well-proportioned. The vibe was pretty nice. It was fairly busy around brunch time, we didn't have to wait for a table but we saw a few people after us did. The service was excellent.

Aside from the mouthwatering sandwiches, the service at this cafe was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu.

Best brunch spot in Southbank. If you like muesli or granola with yogurt and fruit, Bond Store is a *must* for you. The house made toasted muesli is a delightful treat with a lovely mix of creaminess and crunch. The smashed avocado toast is perfect with the toasted hazelnuts. Cozy, cool vibe that reads sort of industrial chic. Have visited numerous times and never disappointed.

This is a hidden place good to hide from the boss! Joke aside, the place felt a bit mysterious since we entered through their back door passing through a gate with private property sign.

The restaurant was a bit dark and warehouse like but stylish too. We ordered their vegetarian dishes and both were really good.

Their smoothie and juice were nice too but they come from prepackaged bottles. I was hoping they made them fresh.

The staff were friendly and attentive. So, overall it was a good experience.

We will come back again next time to try their other dishes.

Wow, a perfect example of why Melbourne is the foodie and coffee capital. This place is busy but service is quick and we'll worth the wait!

A beautiful hidden historic setting perfect for a quiet coffee or lunch. Handy to Southbank and a short diversion from a walk along the Yarra.
I had the Reuben sandwich which was packed with flavour, had generous amounts of meat and featured a tangy delicious slaw which matched nicely.
Looking forward to coming back to try the smashed avo.

Located in corner and it has a different look when compared to others. The place has a vintage look which is good for a change. The place is nice and the staff members are very helpful. The meals are good and the cofee is also exceptional.

The place has a good collection of liquor and its also a good place to grab a drink and enjoy the day.

Great place to get a coffee and a bit to eat in a historic building in the heart of Southbank. The decor is charming a the food portions are just right. Will definitely return next time we are in Melbourne.

It is at a beautiful location where it’s not too sunny and the vibes of the place are so good. The staff is extremely professional and really friendly.
We ordered muesli , coffee and bagel and they were fresh, warm and definitely in good quantities.
Really great for a Sunday brunch or a grab on the go.

Loved the ambience of this historic building. Evidently popular for informal business meetings over coffee and breakfast but a great option also for guests from nearby hotels.

Had the Breakfast Bun and a beer for breaky for Good Beer Week. There was a very good amount of bacon, the egg was fried well, could have been a bit funnier Nd the relish was yummy. Great service but the waitress was floundering a bit when we asked for the beer menu at 10am.
