Milano Serviced Apartments

I’ve had the pleasure of living at Milan Apartments for about 10 months and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The reception team was always on hand to assist whenever I needed help, ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Living here has been a wonderful experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that feels like home.

We had a good stay here king size beds very near to public transport kind receptionist a perfect place to stay at. I hope this apartment has a lot of 5/5 ratings. I really hope to go here again. I would recommend you should stay here

it's a strategic place. near Melbourne central mall and walking distance to emporium mall.
next to aldi Supermarket. appliances is also available inside apartments. they also have nice and friendly staff.
walking distance for food options. currently in front of apartment, have mrt construction. could make a bit uneasiness while entering.

This was a great stay the hotel staff were very nice and w. The home I stayed in was beautiful with a nice view of the city and everything you could need was within walking distance. I would stay here again

Best views from balcony, Aldi is just down the apartment for any needs. Room service is great.
Swimming pool, gym , tennis court etc..are maintained well. Sauna 👌. All the kitchen needs are available. Very friendly staff.. On need they arrange everything, just a call to reception.

Always a pleasure to stay at. The rooms are clean and well presented. Staff and friendly and helpful and the location is fantastic, waking distance to everything you could need.

We recently had a fantastic stay at Milano Apartments and will happily stay again. The staff were very polite and helpful.
The bed was very comfortable and the apartment well looked after. Location is excellent for exploring all the city has to offer. Public Transport is also very close by which is a win.

I was welcomed by Jetro, who is just an amzing front office in charge, he looked after me so well through out my stay & was very helpful in every aspect of his service. Thanks a lot again jetro

We stayed at this property for 10 nights and we had a great stay experienced. Our room was the 2 bed and 2 bathroom which has an outstanding city view, it was so spacious, clean and perfect for family as they have sofa bed made up. It was easy for our stay as room comes with washing machine and dryer. They have excellent and friendly receptionist staffs, they are very helpful with our needs during the stay and help us to organise taxi as well. Milano is just about 5-7 mins walk to Victoria market and Aldi right next door. We will definitely go back at this property.

Best place to stay and great service you could get at such a location. Thanks to the reception staff and the inhouse service staff. You have to reach out to them before becoming paranoid about anything and they will help you. I had great long stay experience on multiple occasions.

Had an awesome stay. Apartments are lovely with great city view and high floor. Rooms are perfect for family and friends. We travelled from NSW and had a delayed flight at night but receptionist are very helpful and assisted us with late check in. Great location, friendly receptionist and housekeepers.

Good place to stay in CBD. Close to everything. The room was spacious and clean. We got everything we needed in the kitchen and there is even a washing machine. The smart tv was good so we could watch netflix. The elevator is new, clean and fast. Thanks for the lady at the reception, She handled everything by herself very professionally and even upgraded us to 2 bedroom suite. Very lovely stay.

A good location. Got a 2 bed rm. Parking is $28/day (level 3 multi storey carpark shared with Hertz etc. Room is clean and no carpet smell. 1 air con in the living room only. Expect some wear and tear but it's fine with me.

Very tidy rooms. Well cleaned. And not a bad location. Would definitely stay there again

Good rooms. Value for money. It's at the end of CBD. The best part is the apartment has a mart just next to it for any grocery shopping. There is also Victoria market at a walkable distance for shopping.

Cool apartments near the central station and trams. Great service !

Recently stayed at Milano serviced apartments great value for money great facility's,the rooms were smaller than in the photos,my deposit was returned a couple days later, would definitely consider staying there again.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Getting to the pool is bit complicated; however, it is quite understandable because of the ongoing COVID pandemic. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Melbourne and wants to stay at the heart of the city. It is close to the metro, shopping centres, street food and cinemas.

The staff are very friendly, location is great and clean apartments.

Had an issue with the room when we arrived with one of the sliding bedroom doors being jammed shut and they were more than happy to upgrade us to a family room. Amazing views and comfortable space with everything you need for a quick city stay and at a reasonable price too. Great location to enjoy what Melbourne has to offer and close to shops and public transport. Definitely would stay here again.
