How friggin cool is this bar, let's talk.. multi-level, funky heritage with a hipster flare and so aesthetically pleasing! The garden state spritz and Tommy's margarita 👌👌
So nice! We just enjoyed the burned pumpkin hommus with hung yoghurt & focaccia this time while watching the footy and super yum! Worked well

i’ve been to bars where their food is just there to “snack on”, but the food here is actually AMAZING! located right next to Tippy Tay - i think they share the same chef (?)

I have been here on a few occasions now for different events. A few dinners and nights out with friends. Friendly staff and nice people with great bar and food service and speed. The lower level can get a little stuffy and hot but there are two exits to go back upstairs which is open air. Highly recommend if you're in Melbourne and I will most certainly be back again.

Sleek and modern aesthetics in general with minimalist and elegant decor, all corners are just top notch! Especially the private section on the upper stair with the blue accent is amazing.

Food is tasty and very quick.

Got there a bit late so kitchen closed. However enjoyed the bar and outdoor vibe. Plenty of space, not crowded (although many people came in)
Smoking area was nice and secluded too.

Place is situated along the busy streets and was surprised to see how it’s so nice! We booked a private room for lunch and the food is so nice, with great selection of wines too!

Booked dinner in the wrong area. Garden State Public Bar area was too noisy for dinner, we couldn’t hear each other properly on the table. Music was great though.
Food was tasty, fresh and didn’t take long to arrive. QR codes on the tables are not working, but we could order at the bar. Staff were great.

Staff friendly very also accommodating, I asked for a booth somewhere quiet to chat and staff found a booth without hesitation.

Stopped in for a quick drink. Never knew it was here. Great venue with covered or open air. Had some Turkish bread too. Will keep this as an option when in town next

Garden State Hotel is perfect for a relaxed drink on a Tuesday evening. Absolutely PACKED (with the music pumping) on weekends.

This place has one of the best vibes going around. Never knew it was here, but stumbled upon it and went in for a bev. The aesthetic of the whole place is a mad ting. The customer service was good. Pricing is on the higher end of things, but it's kinda what you'd expect for a classy joint like this. Would be elite for a date night or kicking back with the squad after work. The overall experience here was salubrious in every way... definitely recommend sussing it out.

I didn't eat here, however the drinks weren't bad. The staff seemed friendly enough. The thing that I love about this place is the vibe and the music!

Great place for after work drinks. I've been told there's also a dancefloor after a certain time. So being able to eat then boogie, all within the lovely ambience of this spacious, spectacularly stylish venue - slap bang in Melbourne's CBD - is awesome.

Great service and atmosphere. Had a lovely lunch at TippyTay. Some things were more reasonably priced than others, but everything was tasty. The Negroni fountain was fun!
