Just wanted to pass on that it was the quickest and most helpful experience I have had at a nab branch. Shout out to Kaira most notably because not only did she fix my initial problem but made sure everything had be completely fixed all the way through before I left. Also she was happy to answer any and all questions I brought up. Super friendly and comforting experience. Thanks 5 stars

Last week I visited one of National Australia Bank branch in Melbourne.
I was in very difficult situations and i need my bank account to work urgently but, it was so difficult and complicated situations.
I couldn't go any further while I was talking with one of a customers service over the phone, and then I met another customer service Advisor by the name Sutha Sivachanthiran who works in 330 Collins st branch in Melbourne.
He notice I was in very desperate situation he took my case very seriously and he handle it like he own, even though it tooks so much of his time he never give up.
Thanks to him he sorted everything for me in that day,
I am very great full of him, I could not thank enough.
Thanks again, Sutha.
I really think He is a good asset for this company.
He really doesn't not know how he saved me from so much mess that day.

I was there for 3 days to update my records and renew my expired debit card. So for 3 days, I was able to observe closer how the staff worked.
There were queues. All the counter were opened. Some staff came by to attend to those in the queue. Some customers were asked to step aside so they can be attended to at the cubicles.
I was attended to by Nathan Mattocks at the teller counter. After updating my records, he told me it may take a while for it to be updated. He advised me to come by if I encountered problems.
Records were not updated on my side. I returned the second day. There was a nab nationwide IT glitch. Nathan called hq to work on it but to no avail. I went back again at 4pm but the system were still not up.
On the third day, my records were still not updated. I was attended to again by Nathan. He told me "we are going to get this fixed today by hook or by crook". He called customer careline. After some verification, and after some effort, my records were updated. The system certainly have problems. More than 5 days later, I would then get smses telling me my records are now updated.
Before I arrived at the branch, I read the reviews which generally was horrifying. I was pleasantly surprised by the service and effort taken by the staff at the branch. I thank and commend Nathan for taking ownership and responsibility to see my issue through.

have not been treated better at any bank. Julie's customer service and friendly nature was a breath of fresh air and Kaira was the most helpful, friendly and understanding banking representative I have dealt with

Rob and Nathan of this branch were really helpful professional and patient. Although I am sticking to Bendigo and CBA closing my NAB account I found the guys to be positive.

Fantastic service very slow and staff were mean but still loved it. One of the tellers pointed out I had a Vegemite smug on my forehead so that was nice. Place kinda smelt cheesy I don’t know if that geological or what but was very refreshing. Any got to go my grandson just swallowed another Lego brick. By now

I don't understand these bad reviews. I opened a checking account today. I was supposed to wait 45 minutes but it only took 30 minutes. The employees were also very friendly. Good Job 👍🏻

Came in today to resolve some issues with my account. Was assisted by Nathan who was super helpful and friendly. It took a bit of a time but Nathan managed to make it bearable.

Had a great experience setting up 3 accounts here. Super friendly people - we were waiting about 10 minutes and had 3 people come up and make sure we were in the right line. Banker was so nice and really personable. Definitely much better than I expected due to other people’s reviews. Left very happy.

Jessica Maniatis is an amazing customer adviser. I had a few questions about my credit card, rewards account, and reporting my lost debit card. She answered all my questions in a very professional way and gave me her business card assuring that I could email her if I had any questions while I was in India. Unfriendly staff. Lorna was rude when I asked her to update my tax file number. Very unprofessional, wasted 40 minutes to get my ticket number called as there was no paper in the ticket printing machine and people kept on printing tickets. The staff was informed about no paper but they failed to replace it. What a waste of time. However, when I went later again, Luke was very professional and helpful. Great man.

Waited only about one minute (at 3pm on a weekday). Lady was very helpful and seemed genuinely interested in my situation. It didn't seem fake like a lot of customer service staff at other places. So far, every NAB branch I've been to in Qld, NSW, Vic, and Tas, have all had good customer service and low wait times. I've never seen anything that the other reviewers are complaining about. Maybe they work for the other banks.
