Definitely a great place to Visit, friendly and fast Service provided by Staff.

Never had an issue coming here, always been polite & helpful. It's funny reading the complaints in the reviews - usually complaining because they can't get their own way, like getting all the repeats in one go, lol..

I suffer from seasonal allergies and hay fever and went in looking for meds to help me through this horrible weather. The pharmacist at the counter is so helpful. He ran me through all the suitable ways I could treat my allergies in the most efficient way possible. I could tell he was very well informed about what he was talking about. He was also very friendly and I left feeling quite reassured and am much better now! Strongly recommend asking for Sam when you visit, he will give the best advice.

My Health Fund needed some additional info for a claim. The lady at Moonee Ponds knew exactly what was required and went above and beyond to assist. Thank you very much - refreshing to know good service still exists. Only wish I got her name!

Had a specific product in mind, not stocking it, the lovely employee went and got another employee who is "more knowledgeable about the hair department and products ". Anthony was amazing & knowledgeable in what i was looking for. Saved my hair & my pocket too with his advice, going by the way if my hair at the moment. I love this store where staff are always helpful but I had a very bad experience with the pharmacist named Jo. She is rude and doesn’t listen to you. If you need any advice and she is working, go to another Chemist!

They are great. I go in and get what I need without any fuss. Not sure why some drama queens are complaining of service as they have been fantastic 😄

Helpful staff, shop is usually well-stocked. When a particular item I was looking for was sold out, staff even suggested other pharmacies nearby that might sell it.

Lovely staff. Young assistant, Cheng, was very helpful, friendly and patient in helping me to find items. Certainly the best service and prices I have received.

I've always had a pleasant shopping experiences at this pharmacy when I am in the area. Very good just wish it was closer to my house.
