Costco Wholesale Docklands

Great place. Spent the whole morning there. They allow international Costco card member to enter and buy stuff.
There are some good deals from time to time.

Wide range of items available if you are planning on buying in bulk, great selection for a very competitive prices and never compromise on the quality. Parking is free for members. Customer service Is friendly, they also have a good court which server excellent pizzas.

Docklands Costco is convenient as it is close to the city, you can also take either 70 or 86 trams come here.

I loved Costco. The place is amazing with anything and everything under one roof. Could spend hours just looking around. The bakery is the best part. However, it is best to go early on weekends as it gets very crowded,and getting out of car park is horrendous. The best time is weekdays in the morning for less traffic.

You need to be a member ($60/year individual, $55/year business) or friend of a member if you wanna shop here.

They improved the car park and you can now access without membership card but need to scan it when leaving. If you not a member you pay a $75 parking fee. I believe, you can get an exit pass if you want to speak to membership desk and decide not to become a member today.

They have a food court with a few food items such as XL Pizza $15.99, Hot Dog with drink $1.99, Chicken Burger $6.99, Chicken Wings $7.99, Churros $3.99 and some drinks.

They let you try some food, drinks, deserts etc. which you can also buy if you like it (this is inside the shopping area and not the food court).

Lots of bulk items but be careful, it doesn’t mean it’s always cheaper in compare to other supermarkets / shops. Do you homework and compare 😉

The place can get very busy on weekends.

Very busy but runs like a well oiled machine. Staff are very polite and helpful. Can be a bit stressful so be prepared for big crowds. It helps to take things slow and have an idea if what you want to buy before you come here, otherwise you can easily spend a grand on things you probably don't even need. Regardless, we always have a lot of fun here and whatever we buy, it goes to good use.

Every week or month, I eagerly visit a particular place that stands out for its exceptional value and customer-centric refund policy, offering substantial relief during these times of inflation. I feel compelled to express my gratitude, especially to the optical team, and most notably to Kimberly. My experience with them, by far the best I’ve had in acquiring eyewear, was marked by professionalism, warmth, and a commendable absence of pressure to opt for pricier options. They focus genuinely on customer needs. The efficiency of their service also deserves praise; I received my glasses within a week. Overall, it was an exceptionally satisfying experience.

Wide range of items if you are into buying in bulk. Entry is only for members. Each member can bring upto two guests. You will need $1 or $2 coins to use the shopping trolley. The customer service is friendly. They also have a food court in case you are hungry after costco shopping.

There is free parking for costco member. If you are taking public transport, Tram 70/86 will take you to District Docklands. It's a short walk from the tram stop to Costco.

Good store but sad to hear it’s closing. It’s the only main attraction left for Docklands. In 2020 the Central Pier closed, in 2021 the Melbourne Star Wheel closed, and only in 2023 the Party Boat shut as well. I’m sad to see that Costco is next on the chopping block.

Food always fresh. Good customer service

If you have space to store on your house this place works for you . The prices are very good for the quality they offer . The electronics section is good for some of the items like tv. Their in home products are of very high quality . It’s good for people who have a big family or have a business . The bakery has some good quality cakes and breads . They have a wide variety of fish , chicken , pork and beef products . If you are a fan of American products this is the place to be . These guys can reduce the yearly fee from $60 to attract more customers . However if you have a family who wants membership then it can be shared wherein you get two cards .

After many months at different audiology practices I was recommended to see Ashley at Costco Docklands to help my dad with his hearing and I just wish I had found him earlier. Ashley really took the time to listen to my dad’s needs and what situations he needed to hear better in. He is so knowledgeable and so patient I knew we were in the right hands as soon as we met. Knowing my dad will be able to enjoy Christmas this year and not miss out on hearing anything is the best gift our family could ask for. I would recommend him to anyone

The mighty costco....... Right in the CBD accessible by free trams selling nappies to big ticket electronic items at a discounted price. Love their bakery and fresh food section, easily the cheapest and best quality food. They really can feed a kingdom, massive stocks. Lots of free samples along the way whilst shopping. They also have collection of high end ladies handbags in store.

Sad to hear this is moving from Docklands.
Best spot for cheap pizzas in the city.

We visited Australia in September of 2019.... from Colombia, SC USA.
My Sister-in-law has worked there for over 10 years.
We enjoyed our visit, the food and enjoyed the custom service.
It is amazing to see how all of the stores are the same. Both here in the USA and in Australia.
