First time shopping at this store, I found a pendant I liked online and called up and spoke to Wayne who found the last one available and put it on hold for me to come collect that day.

When I entered the store I was greeted by a very lovely young lady (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) who served showed me the pendant and we ended up talking about our common enjoyment for games which was very fun. I really enjoyed the way she spoke, it was a very nice experience and the pendant I bought looked absolutely beautiful I can't wait to wear it.

Amazing customer service from Ally on Thursday! I came in to check our two rings I had seen online. Ally was so helpful. I was nervous to get my finger sized up but she helped me and made the process so easy. She is so friendly, easy to get along with and overall I’d give her a 10/10 for a great customer experience in store. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful and eclectic styles of jewellery at very reasonable prices and absolutely delightful staff. Jessie was so friendly and helpful, and patient as I tried on many rings. I am delighted with my purchase and will be back for my next item of jewellery!
