Had some issues with my car and these guys did an awesome job. Car came out looking a lot better than expected. Their attention to detail and their workmanship is unparalleled. But even better was their customer service. Didn’t expect how good the care and service I’d get from a body shop. But Trevor and Jill were great. They explained to you how the process worked and took their time. Even though you could tell they were busy, they still made sure you get attention and that you were looked after. I got this services when I dropped off my car and when I picked it up. Legit, as much as I don’t want to be a I’m car accident, their services makes you want to have a prang just do you can get their services again. But if I ever do or any mates or family do, I’d definitely be telling them to head over here.

When my daughter scraped the side of her car and was going to be up for over $2000 with her insurance excess, Trevor helped her out with a very cheap alternative which looks as good as new, and he even washed and cleaned her car! Customer service was exceptional!
I called up to discuss defective paint on my near new Suzuki. Dan said to come down and he’d inspect it. When I arrived, Dan not only inspected the paint bubble but he also applied some touch up paint to help mitigate the issue temporarily (until my vehicle warranty claim goes through).
On a day where Dan was working the front counter on his own, he took time out of his day to help me with my issue.
I can only hope that, if Suzuki honours my warranty claim, I can have it repaired here!

Absolutely incredible service from the team, especially Dan. He handled our car like a pro after our mirror was knocked off in street parking and assisted in making it the smoothest repair ever. Provided a loan car, was done quickly, looks brand new and they delivered our car back in much better condition. I would absolutely recommend dealing with Dan at Barnet for all auto body repairs.
