Soul Soul Cafe

I went to this cafe recently. Everything about this place is just so amazing. The ambiance is quite impressive and the cafe looks super aesthetic. We ordered two dishes and one being the pasta named Fruitti Di Mare was so freaking amazing. Every dish was incredibly tasty and had an Asian blend of flavours. We also ordered delicious cocktails and the presentation was just so cute. On top of that, the staff were super friendly too. You should try out this cafe.

We ordered the soft shell crab slides and wagyu burger, both nestled between charcoal buns that added a unique twist to the classic burger 🫶

For those craving something lighter, the scrambled egg with crab and croissant was a tasty combination of fluffy eggs and delicate crab meat, served alongside a buttery croissant 🥐 And let’s not forget the mushrooms bruschetta topped with a perfectly poached egg!

The attention to detail in every dish was evident, and the friendly staff only added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere 💖

One of the best brunch places we have visited so far in 2023! So many dishes in the newest summer menu satisfy us in terms of taste, flavours and presentation. A precious experience of brunch that you should try here soon this summer!

With the amount of cafes around I was not expecting this place to stand out. Every dish we had was so fresh and light. We had to order the crab scramble with the croissant which is such a staple for a brunch place and it definitely did not disappoint. I had to order my matcha, but the drink had a twist paired with orange juice. But wow, the flavours paired well. I also tried my friends yuzu coldbrew and cheesy macchiato - being a non coffee drinker, the two drinks was friggin delicious. 100% would rate this brunch spot, with so many options on their menu for food and drinks. Service was also amazing with the girl waiting us was so friendly.

Located inside RMIT Uni so it took us a while to walk around and find this hidden spot, the cafe welcomes natural sunlight and it makes us feel so comfortable. Good seating so each table has their own space to talk without hearing or annoying other tables. Nice and decent food, I love the burger and french toast.

we finally visited soul soul cafe. Cozy hidden gem serving Asian Fusion brunch dishes. Brunch kicks off the weekend in style at soul soul cafe. there was face painting and balloon artist on the day we went. very enjoyable brunch session.

There is a great dining space and the meals are delicious. Special recommendation 「Forest mushroom bruschetta」and 「Seafood Soba」❤❤

Absolutely love Soul Soul! The emerald and modern well lit interior is stunning! We tried their new drinks menu. All were amazing! Loved the iced matcha orange 🍊”call me Daisy!”, Yuzu cold brew and the Iced Latte!

Food all immaculate. French toast tasty refreshing with many textures - so generous with fresh fruits, the berry sorbet waffle cone and fairy floss were nice touches! Soft shell crab baos and chicken waffles were great savoury options- lots of delicious flavours and both perfectly fried & crispy - chicken was very juicy! 😋 really recommend!

Loved this spot! Food were so delicious, mostly asian fusion brunch with the perfect refreshing summer drinks which were all new on the menu! Staff were lovely too and loved the music playing in the background

From the vibrant zest of Orange Juice to the exotic dance of Yuzu Cold Brew, the Thai Pork Salad's freshness, a mild twist on Crab Meat Chilli Scramble, and the golden perfection of fries. Culinary bliss in every bite!

Delicious Asian Fusion brunch and cafe food. I had the Benedict which was bursting with flavour. You can order at the counter or on QR code and service was nice. Lots of space if you’d like to have some space to study or work too.

You cannot beat the location of this cafe. And once you are done admiring the location, you won't be able to get over the amount of choices for a good grub sesh.
Opposite the RMIT building and right at the doorstep of apartments and student accommodation, the cohort utilising this venue is predominantly the youth of today. I got a chance to admire the style, fashion and vibe of the visitors while I was branching. We ordered this killer congee which was adorned with all types of greens and prawns n fish as the protein. So heart warming. Next came this Barcelona Chilli Scramble,, absolute riot with chorizo sausage. Perfect 10 for this dish. Then came the soft shell crab charcoal bao which was the winner and the hero of my brunch today. This is an absolute must try you all. And for sweet, we finished with the Banana and Chocolate waffles, absolute 💯 .
I left this place smiling, full on positive energy and feeling pumped to complete my agenda for the day. If a cafe doesn't do that for you, then why did you go there in the first place. Deep? Haha.

Had a one of the best breakfast at Soul Soul Cafe and was pleasantly surprised by the out-of-the-world French toast and cappuccino. The cafe offers a delightful culinary experience, and I highly recommend it for those seeking a memorable blend of flavors.

We came for dinner which is something they've recently started doing and I really enjoyed it! I love the interior - very spacious and high ceilings. The dishes are quite reasonable priced and very flavoursome with a good balance of veggie/salad sides, and protein. The salmon was a standout for me! I especially loved the nut crumb on top. The beef tacos are an entree but could easily be a main, and the seasoning was really good. Their drinks are also super aesthetic and delicious.
The teddy bear bingsu is also very popular - we liked how light it was and how it was yoghurt based instead of syrup as most places are. Makes you feel healthy!
The slices in the wagyu bowl were a bit thick and overcooked, so wasn't as great as the other dishes.

Everything was great. Great ambience and the staff was really friendly. Would definitely recommend the super cheesy bake bowl, it was one of a kind! Soft shell crab slider was perfectly paired with the soft charcoal bao. The drinks did not disappoint and I would definitely come back! Well done 🤩

Soul Soul cafe is an Asian fusion brunch spot located in Carlton. We got to try some of their new savoury dishes and specialty drinks. The yakiniku benny and crab meat chilli scramble were the standouts. We especially loved the hollandaise sauce which is house made (we asked because it was so good!). These two dishes were full of flavour and it’s interesting to see an Asian twist on two iconic dishes served for brunch. The matcha creamy foam on the call me daisy drink was strong and sweet and then you get the sourness and acidity from the orange juice, a creative drink that seemed to work. We also enjoyed the cheesy macchiato latte because you have coffee, cream and caramel, making it an easy drink to consume without any overly strong or overpowering flavours. We were satisfied with this feed and recommend visiting this brunch cafe

Tried their new menu last weekend and I was so impressed. My fav one should be the chili scrambled eggs which even has my fav savory pancake.
And we also ordered the spicy chicken salad and the soba noodles. Everything was so perfect and you would definitely get satisfied after it.

This is first time I’ve ever have such an excellent brunch. Soul Soul is cannot be missed by all the food lovers.
The new season menu is all time recommend. We ordered 3meals and two cocktails. My favorite is the Pina colada. So creamy and not that too sweet！

Everything was great - the food, the drinks, the service and the atmosphere. They even had live music on a Sunday morning which was really nice.

The congee was surprisingly really good and the soft shell crab bao was good too! I want to go back to try other dishes too.

The only thing is they could have better quality tables that aren’t lopsided. I’m still happy though will be going back.

🍞 French Toast
I love how much eggy flavour there was in the bread! It practically seeped through a decent layer and to the edge of the crusts too. The mascarpone and lemon curd ensured the bread wasn’t dry and added a creamy texture and tangy burst of flavour.

🧀🥖 Bake bowl with soft baguette
The mustard seed and other topping on the baguette added an extra depth of flavour whilst dipping it into the cheesy bowl with tomato based sauce.

🦆 Confit Duck
Serving size was pretty small but it was well executed with crispy skin, protein was tender with good flavour.
