Mary was so so lovely !!! It’s really refreshing to get good service from fast food chains these days, she had a big smile on her face & a positive attitude :)

These guys were working harder than any KFC ive ever seen. In 15 minutes they knocked out 40 orders at 11pm on new years eve.

Lovely service. They got my order wrong initially but quickly fixed it, then recognised my face the next day and gave me free food. Very kind of them, they didn't have to do this - the people at this KFC are often inundated with orders so they work very hard, make sure to be nice to them! Definitely recommend

Look, we know why you're here. You want the dirty bird. Last time I was there, it was just before 8pm on a summer's eve. I ordered a three piece feed as is my want. As I finished my order, I could see the staff stacking chairs and cleaning up. I was getting takeaway anyway and shrugged it off. An absolute unit of a dude came in just as I was waiting for my fries and complained to these poor workers about the fact the chairs were up. Broke my damn heart. These folks are tired, weary and wish to go home.
Anyway, food was good. Ate it on a bench in the park as the sun set.

Great KFC had some random old guy come up to me and ask if I had any coins love the loud noises coming from the kitchen and looking at people in the window. Would come again

when serving the food please ensure give the hand tissue other then nathing wrong all student weplayed keep up the good job .

Can't fault it, felt like the customers were giving the staff a hard time. However, I just wanted to give some positive feedback where it was due. The girls were doing great in what was obviously a very busy period of the day. My food remained hot until I got home in Collingwood. It's KFC, you know what you're getting and they got it right.

I came here yesterday to buy 6 wicked wings after work, was served by Micky (he has the same name as me lol). He was nice and the service is quick and friendly. Chicken was really crispy and tasty. The only thing I am not happy with was that I didn’t order some more!!!!! Great KFC overall

Best service and members..only one thing i didn't like is they didn't give me large drink instead of potato gravy while buying zinger box. However, they used to give me before(3 4 times). Diffrent service with different time. Anyway, overall service was good

I was speechlessly craving for wicked wings at that very night just an hour before their closing time, and I did ate all 15 pcs. of them at backpackers nearby, what else do you expect? Say what you wish, I'm still giving them 5 stars so what??

Speed was extremely fast! Less than 1:30 minutes.

Staff were very patient, kind and polite as well as professional.

Special shout out to the sort of new staff Kiana who sevred me at 3/3/2019 at 9:15 PM. She was excellent at her job and excelled my expectations significantly!

A special shout out to her friend as well who served me in less than the 1:30 minute mark, didn’t get her name, but she did an amazingly outstanding job despite some of the mechanical limitations during the order.

Food is very well cooked.. stuffs are very cooperative.. fast service.. the location is very convenient..

Service was fast and accurate, I got exactly what I ordered with all the correct condiments, the staff member that served me was friendly but did exactly what was required. Can't fault this experience, bar the managers attitude toward other customers.
